I appreciate all the valuable feedback from my Khasi friends on the Dohjem recipe posted here. Well pig innards are not available in the ham stores in Bangalore however as mentioned, I wanted to share this amazing recipe with regular pork. Will definitely try to make another cover of it once I am in Meghalaya 🙏
I love your cooking but i'm sorry i have to say you got this one all wrong. The name of the dish isn't correct and the sequence of adding the ingredients is all mixed up. Most notably though is the color of the dish. it's not the right shade of green. Hope you can correct it though, you probably have Khasi friends who can help. Keep it up.:)
We call it dohjem. It includes the belly fat, intestines, lungs, liver, heart, kidney, stomach etc. The soft part of the body, basically the intestines. If meat is what you are using then it's doh neiiong
@@SnigdhasBioscope ohh.. yea you have mentioned optional, well that was my mistake 😁😁..anwzys keep uploading good recipes nd you are doing great 😋😋😋😋👌👌👍👍
