Made this recipe tonight with some slight modifications: Swapped chicken thighs for chicken breast, just used lemon juice instead of zest and substituted the dijon mustard with 1 tsp mayo and 1 tsp Worcester. Worked with what was already in my fridge and what tools I had access to in the kitchen. Honestly, it was REALLY good. Wish it had a carb, so we served it with rice and it was delicious. Super easy. Probably took 10-15 minutes to assemble, especially because my oven is slow to heat up, but then it was really easy and low effort. Will absolutely make again.
