That was always going to be a tough one, we were trying out a brand new back 4 and others, Falkirk brought it to us and deserve respect. A few of ours needed that to see the levels required...Palma is very disappointing.
Yang has potential. Can beat a defender, has a few tricks up his sleeves and doesn't give away the ball constantly like palma

Yang is too lightweight, I know we heard this from the buns with Kyogo, Maeda & that but that simply it. With every Aberdeen & Dundee game he'll have 20 hearts games

Palma and Welsh need to leave in January.
Welsh throws some great shapes but can't back it up. Not to mind anything else his distribution is nowhere near good enough for that system BR wants to play.
Despite his technically ability, Palma's output/end product is worse than Maeda on a really bad day for Maeda. DM is improving steadily, while Palma seems to be declining steadily. Very disappointed with him.

Lost first half 1-2, won second half 4-0 and game 5-2 phew! Khune & Idah now worth £15m+ as scoring freely at all levels.
Thankfully Schmichael was in goal so he will give that new back four some tips and advice as to where they went wrong as he's experienced and knows what it takes to have a well disciplined back four.

No excuse for valle throwing himself to the ground for the second goal. You can cheat fouls like that in Spain but not here. Also agree Welsh and palma out, and Forrest is a spent force. Palma just doesn’t have what it takes. He’s an instagram footballer. I’d play Yang ahead of him, even though he’s not a LW. I thought Valle was fine-just not great he has Palma in front of him. I’d like to see if his game improves with someone like Maeda.
If Celtic score that 1st goal it’s getting CHOPPED OFF. Guy clearly man handles our LB from getting to the loose ball. Typical Andrew Dallas on VAR.
To be fair, Valle allowed himself to be pushed off rather easily. Would have been a soft foul. He needs to man up.

We have a brilliant squad but there are still 2 or 3 players not up to standard who need to be moved on. Dont know why the likes of CCV Maeda Johnston and others werent involved, but thankfully Idah has got his goals back and Kuhn is going to be one hell of talent if be plays like that

Khun fucked my coupon 😂😂 Had Falkirk to score first, Idah anytime, Engles assist & 4-2. Laughed when Falkirk scored first after 11 mins as i said theyd score around 10 but be 2-1 HT celtic. Started panicking when i seen on goal notification on my phone and was 2-1 Falkirk around 65 mins i thought this would be one of they games if we did score theyd score 5-10 mins later and we'd be out. Need to give the new players more of a chance but not with that many changes next time.

Nawrocki on one leg would be better than Welsh. Yang should be coming on for 20/30 mins and allow him to develop and not waste time on Palma.

Palma, Ralston and Welsh aren’t adequate squad players contrary to popular opinion. Valle didn’t look great but he’s young and his first start, Trusty not so sure about him wasn’t great either.

Positives = Idah, Bernardo, Yang (better than Palma). Confirmed - Valle and Trusty need time, Engels is class, Kuehn is most improved player, Ralston is 30 min Celt, We need a back-up Center Back. Palma needs to go away and get right into his own head to fully understand his role. Should not start for Celtic ceteris paribus. Overall, much to chew on. Also confirmed 13 players deserve to start for Celtic.
Our dafenc was poor and no drive in the team
A lot to take from new starts, fringe players like Welsh, Ralston and Palma dear me and another poor showing from Hatate. Trusty looks pretty decent but Idah needs more starts he's the man. Credit to Falkirk but we wont see that team start again.

Hatate has always been hot and cold. It was clear that he was the only first team forward player before the subs. Kuhn is a so clinical. Top bhoy
