Couldn't have gone better it was sad that a lot of pundits and fans'bottles crashed having a meltdown over the perceived lack of signings when the board had everything under control thank god for cool heads at the top.
We have no idea how it went yet. How can you possible tell how the signings of Engles, trusty and Valle will work out?.
Time will tell of the signings will be successful but window wise we spent money and look to have strengthened in some key areas

I know we’ve been saying “wait until the windows over” to judge but in reality, it’s the next six months where we can really evaluate. Boiling it down based on the business side itself, things clearly moved too slowly, but we have reinforced and importantly shifted a lot of the deadwood out of our squad. I fear we will be a bit thin if we’re unlucky with injuries and one or two more would have been nice, but we will need to wait until our new signings play to really judge fully

Huge improvement in squad depth in the final week of the window. I would have preferred it we went Holm to Dundee on loan as part of the McCowan deal as he really needs games.
Finally, I'd like us to in a quality free agent winger on a short term, say 6 month deal even if it cost a lot in wages as Yang is way off the standard required as yet.

Yes, we spent most of the window chasing Idah when we could have brought in Miovski for probably £6 million, proven goal scorer & knows the Scottish game. Just hope Idah can score some important goals for us this season..🍀

To be honest im actually quite happy with the window if we have a strong January window i think this will be looked as a great season of recruitment but we do need to spend in January as there is plenty of cash

I'd like another left winger because Palma isn't good enough, but would probably need to be a young player in a similar price range to Palma which could go wrong, because Daezen is the first name on the team sheet for Europe and Old Firm games so can we spend 7-10 million on a winger who will then be expecting to be the number 1 choice?

Well, if Brendan says he is happy with the window that's good enough for me. If it also finally halts the false and divisive Brendan v Board narrative espoused by fans like Ryan that's even better. Rodgers left the first time because he got a lucrative and much better offer to return to the EPL that he couldn't refuse and Celtic simply couldn't match. The idea that it was solely because 'the Board didn't back Brendan' is naivety in the extreme. The 'millions' we have in the bank is a pittance in the modern transfer market. Stop thinking you know better how to run the club than the highly successful professionals running it at the moment, Ryan .. stick to solely team matters! 😎
