At the end of the day devins pop is salty because after shakurs last fight he basically was saying he coming after all the belts and I'm assuming devins pop had plans that they was not going to lock gloves no time soon,so when shakur said what he said it was like him breaking the plan that was spoke upon.I believe devins pops knows his soon can't beat shakur and he is stalling the fight as long as he can.
