Failure is the best teacher. You can convince someone to change what’s working until it stops working.

He's doing fine for the low, beginner level that he is at. His coach will get him what he needs, he doesn't need us for that. What he does need to be called out on is being a loser who feels the need to post sparring footage to social media because he thinks it makes him look cool and tough. That's where his coaches have failed.

There's no reason for you to post stuff like this except ego -- which I get, because you sound like a teenager in your videos. I wasn't the most humble teenager either. But I'm promising you man, as a guy with 10+ years in BJJ and Judo and Muay Thai and 3 ammy MMA fights, don't make posts like this. A lot of your stuff is good content. It's great to post your actual competition footage. And posting agreed fights from the playground fights you go to is legit as well. I'm just trying to school you on some old school honor in the fight game. You can choose to eschew the values that great men of the past held to. I personally think they had it right on this topic. Don't kiss and tell. Don't talk about training room victories. Don't bring up your income in company. It's old school man stuff. I believe they had it more right than we do with our loud, bragging, always talking asses.
