    the City is going through a MAJOR change with the City wide rezoning which focuses on multi-family, apartments, industrial and commercial land use. Some City leaders are not favorable to single family residences. I encourage people considering purchasing here to review the rezoning maps, the draft Comprehensive Plan, and ULDC guidelines before purchase. what some leaders state is in direct contradiction to what the ULDC guidelines state specifically the 'non-conforming land uses' once rezoning occurs.. If you can afford $400-500,000 for a home, it is very important to be aware of what is occurring in this City. The pro and best place to visit is Warm Mineral Springs, an important geological and archaeological site.

    I prefer Hollywood Beach Florida and Hallandale Beach Florida more than Daytona beach, they just got way more things to do restaurants, bars, lounges and a good nightlife. ☀️

      @@Moneypower572 and I could say the same. All those (most) condos are old and startingnin 2025 the new law kicks in and they will be required to have structural inspections done routinely. Most of them have been deferring maintenance on the buildings for years. You will likely see a bunch of them hit the market because anythingbthey are cited for will have to be fixed ( if posdible to fix) which will be a big fat assessment$ to owners that many will not afford. Some repairs may need to be done without occupants able to be thetlre and that will cause problems too. Prices for ho insurance in s.fl have gone sky high and most people cannot afford it.

      @@Gypsygirl9 majority of the condos in the city have be been fix and remodeled, but you do have a good point.

    Great video! Insurance is also a lot more affordable in this area than say the Tri-County/South Florida area!! 😅

      Hey there! So the gym I used to go to on toledo blade & 41 just recently renovated. It is called " The Gym" now. Siesta key is about 40 minutes away.
