    First off Theo sleeping was very relaxing!! 😂
    Very very informative! I can relate to a lot of these pitfalls and I’m going to use the different strategies you discussed to not make those mistakes. ❤

    My hardest part with OCD anxiety is getting trapped between two choices when both seem as though they're meant to avoid feeling discomfort. Ie: choosing between hotels to book (which just happened!) and I tell myself either I just pick one to not indulge the intrusive thoughts, which feels impulsive and avoidant, or I wait and research and then realize I'm spiraling and panic.. Then I just go back and forth with myself criticizing myself for my inability to know which is the "right" way to go about it. Especially when there is a time component, like rooms are booking up or it's getting dark and I fear i will have nowhere nice to stay. Then I think, is it just my mind that says it's urgent? Etc. This video is helpful food for thought and you're doggie is so cute 😊 Thank you.
