    Thabk you so much for your video! I've been struggling a lot throughr the past few months, dealing with grief and events that brought up my anxiety and a near relapse in eating disorders and depression. I'm not feeling comfortable with the upcoming holidays as i always tend to feel lonely although kot being alone, but i found your tips very useful and will try to apply them.
    Also, the timing of this video is crazy, as your words were exactly the support I needed.
