I think having voice command for indoor navigation would be more useful so the blind does not need to tap the screen to follow. Also provide a voice to say go straight, left, or right as they follow the route. Currently testing it out for a blind family member.
Microsoft Research, this is an amazing app. I do have some ideas on how to make it even more useful for visually impaired people that I'd like to discuss with you. Recently, I grew into this space and I'd like to help a bit more. I am happy to be contacted for some exchange.

So excited for this as a college student!!!! Finding buildings can be a pain in the butt
This feature is not working on my iPhone my device is iPhone 15 basic model without lidar sensor

Interesting, but let it estimate approx distance from where we r and announce points on the way also
Please provide in the Android version of the app. I couild really use this.
