Its a shame that the only real open maps have the oldest tanks. I don't see Darkflow putting large maps into the game unless they do the same thing Steel Division does and spawn squads in with transports. Even then, if you're on foot without your transport you're gonna have a really boring time walking around on giant maps.
So the dark camo for the tiger is probably based off the grey coated Tiger 1 tanks of Gruppe Frehrmann; last ditch tank unit formed in spring 1945. They are known to use the grey camo to remain consistent and use the F# callsigns painted onto their tanks.

My two cents on Soviet tanks in Berlin: T 34 85 is an absolute beast for a starter tank. Speed, APHE shell, decent armor. If you have gold order, go get Suvorov, rank up the tankers and you have almost a premium squad. IS 1 is useless, haven't even used it, why would you use a slower tank with the same gun as T 34 and not much better armor? IS 2, meme cannon. What it lacks in speed and slow reload, is not added up in resilience. You just get frustrated trying to place the perfect HE. Also, often it doesn't one shot Panther that easy as one would expect. So, if you already can one shot German tanks in almost all situations with a faster and more nimble tank, with faster reaload, why would you go for IS 2 of not just for the ocassional massive multikill?
in my opinion, berlin as allies is the easiest campaign to grind as the t34-85 is a beast of a starter tank that allows for easy tank kills even on panthers
Except the Axis consistently sh!ts on the Allies in Berlin. Tiger 2 out of bounds is unstoppable and the matchmaker doesn't bother to balance the teams at all. I have been on the allied team and been the only officer against a team of nothing but officers on the axis so many times its rediculous.
See, it is this kind of thing why I wanted to maybe try out Enlisted. I have quite a bit of time in War Thunder tanks and planes, and I always wondered what it would be like having to deal with infantry, and well, this is more like a simulator battle experience as far as being locked into your views, and the enemies not having markers, so this is really nice, as I am familiar with both. I like being infantry too and trying to counter the tanks too. In war thunder we try that too, making our tanks dark with paint, so you kind of get used to it. They generally have a specific look to them when exploding, and exploded, like generally the barrel will be splintered and there won't be clearly visible markings on it. That tiger you saw was also illuminated by the wreck on fire beside it so I think it made it look even darker on its front surfaces. Generally you can look at the tracks and see if they have tension, the barrel flowered, the hatches would be blown open (though I don't see that here), bare metal showing to starkly contrast the sooty flat black, and most of all, seems like the fire remains on the tanks here, whereas in war thunder they have a last explosion and the fire goes out after like 10 seconds. Something they seem to have modeled better here is that if the APHE isn't triggered or triggered just right it might not hurt all of the occupants. The whole side of that PZ4 turret should have been ripped open however. I think that is more realistic, I mean no matter how a tank is hit in WT there is shrapnel that flies around in opposite directions, regardless of anything inside the tank which is really frustrating. Kind of like if someone shoots your cupola on the IS-2, it would probably rip the big piece of metal off but I cannot see it exploding down into the tank and killing everyone. Now if the shot is a bit lower and it clips the top of the roof off and hits the back of the turret then maybe. In War thunder it is a weakspot though, one of the only front on, except for drivers hatch maybe if your pen is good enough, and your gun is pointed down at it to lessen the angle. In war thunder you only need to watch out for other tank or plane, but in enlisted there's always the possibility of a dude just running up to you with a explosive pack in his hand and blow your tank up, or if you are fighting against the Japanese, there might be a dude charging at you while holding an explosive plunger and killing you

@Quadro: Just to warn you. The Tiger 2(P) will be the most difficult opponent for even the IS 2 to deal with. It’s not invincible, but the 150mm sloped frontal armor is still too thick for the 122mm cannon to penetrate. If you are forced to fight the King Tiger head on, please aim for the turret, but it’s best to flank it and shoot the side armor.
BTW you can get into start getting into your tank midway through the repair to shorten the overall down time. Without repair speed upgrades hit the enter tank button like halfway through the repair.
Little trick to use with the mighty is2: for extra Armour i reccomand you to show the back of your tank to the enemy with that yes your engine will be hit but you crew will be OK
Man you could do more damage with the T-34-85 than the IS-2 because of the latter's long reload. Atleast the IS-2 is nice to have as an extra tank but this is not a main tank material as the T-34-85 is still the workhorse tank that can do more damage and its much faster than the IS-2 reloading.
Why is it that enlisted makes us pay for decals yet we can earn them for free on warthunder. Screw name decorations. I want my tank to have a unique inscription or numbers.

IS-2 is very hit or miss. IMO it should be better, the HE should do more and the APHE pen is just not that good but atleast give it the better APHEBC round so it can oneshot all tanks if it pens. Also they should have added the IS-2 1944 model with the top Dshk MG.

In my opinion, the tank is garbage. The reload takes way to long, smaller tanks can easily take you out and it comes with way less ammo. Just keep using the JS1 boys, I’ll save you the grind time for you.
Does the machine guns in the radio operator in the bow not to turret itself fire like in the Sherman and I hope other vehicles or do I have set up specific buttons on console.

The IS-2 gets a pathetic 28 shells, meanwhile the Tiger II gets 70. I'm so sick of how badly they've handled late level armour. The allies get fewer shells and worse armour while the Germans get more of both. Any low level/new players have absolutely no hope against high level armour. Before the heavy tanks were added tank battles were generally a lot of fun. The Jumbo was a huge mistake and should have been replaced by the Sherman (76)w but instead of learning from that idiotic mistake they just keep re-making it. By adding heavy tanks that ruin whatever tank 'balance' is left.
Russians side is not balanced on any campaign, I get the devs are russian but you want to have players on each side for a decent experience. If you try axis tunisia is literally you and 1-2 other guys full of AIs. Sad. Allies constantly get tank or air superiority, dont even get me started on weapons.

The tiger II doesnt get its full shell loadout in game. Only spawns with 25 of each I think.
