Was a great pleasure meeting you both Mr. and Mrs. Wolf and Mr. Jack Hallett. I especially loved your hand drawn plans. Rotissererarie, and Jack's silver wings story and hilarious sense of humor. Happy Landings
I am truly humbled .. I thought I had "climbed Everest" when I built and flew my Vans RV4.... 1 project, against 26..!!!! Mr Wolf you are an Aviating Legend. My favourite WW2 fighter is the -47, the purest expression of American "can do " spirit, it was BIGGER and better than most..! And it was a TOUGH SOB.. Please keep us aviators updated on this Project..! Thankyou Florida Aviation Network..!
Awesome! Thought I wanted a Verner. Steve gave his promotion and now I need a Verner 9S! Thank you Mr. Wolf! Can’t wait to “Feel” and “hear” that radial rumble for myself very soon!
Thank You for making this video...! OMG! this story has me hanging by my eyeteeth! I'll be surfing the web to hear this WWll p-47 pilot tell his story. The P-47 was my first love; it was the most produced fighter of WWll; In truth, the P-47 is the aircraft that really won the war. I'm a round-engine lover and the P-47's turbocharger system blew away any of the other supercharged aircraft during the war. This project is very special & important. I wish you could them what I am feeling, but I don't have the words to express them. I'll have to see about getting those blueprints - so, I can see the inside of this aircraft thoroughly.

Look at Jack laughing like a little boy when he confessed his crime😅...Sir you are a true legend. I would have done the same as him to be honest.
Very cool Steve.
Will Steve be offering plans for the P47?
We need a update.
can we see a update on the P47 project please
We did a little update at SNF - But I think it is time for another. :)
We had a P-47 vet inTallahassee, Fla.And I gave him a P-47 prop blade out of a lake wreck that's still there.
Has anyone tried to recover it?
Is he forming the bulkheads in O condition and having them heat treated?
Jack...you need two wireless mics!
We will have 2 mikes for Joel now. :)
Jack is a CHAD !
