Hey man, Im making my self maps and all but, can you please explain to me how do you do to kill a boss and then continue the stage?, Because I use the skeleton icon that says that but doesn't work, thanks!
To kill a boss but, continue the stage, you DON'T use the skeleton icon, then in the boss item drop setting, where you select if it drops health or weapon refills, lives, keys, or a new weapon, select anything, usually health. If you see a message at the bottom saying something like "Caution doing this will cause the stage to not be complete upon defeating this boss" That's what you want. --------------- (What the skeleton icon does is if you have multiple bosses in the same room, you have to kill all of them)

Love how at 33:30 ish you prove that Big Pets can't be damaged with its eyes closed... then proceed to attempt to damage it that way anyway another three or four times.
@@jasonplaysgamesonyt The performance upgrade on the editor is awesome. I have one Metroidvania stage at 253 screens, I tried to do it deathless l, even the program couldn't keep up. There were two times I had to restart from checkpoint because the game wouldn't recognize a weapon-specific block as being broken. Visually it was gone but, the computer got tired and left and invisible but solid 2x2 block.
There's a list of bosses that I want to see in future updates. -Guts Man -Air Man -Snake Man -Drill Man -Gyro Man -Tomahawk Man -Cloud Man -Tengu Man -Galaxy Man -Nitro Man -Block Man -Magic Man -Ballade
It'd be hard to do but, I'd be interested in the Mega Man 2 Wily 1 Dragon. Have a start screen, end screen, go ham with the obstacles if you feel like, and of course the same weakness options that other bosses have.
I haven't tested Wily 4 but, in the case of Wily 6, it doesn't lock you out of finishing your stage as long as you set the boss setting correctly (that is, if the boss drops anything, the stage will be allowed to continue).

Each Wily Castle boss should be in their game's robot master list. Yellow Devil would be under the MM1 boss tab, DarkMan 3 and 4 should both be in the MM5 boss tab, etc...
I stacked the gauntlet entrances vertically, and wanted a thing to zoom up the wall quickly. There are probably some small adjustments I coulda' made but, I was Thirst to be First to make the FULL boss marathon, while still keeping the boss room walls matching the boss anyway (I would not put all 55 bosses with - 1 - set of tiles)
@@matthewmorgan3913 Agreed, in the original games, the Metal Blade is the most OP weapon in the entire series. In Mega Man Maker the damage was heavily nerfed, it's still really good (8 directions, fast, uses almost no juice, passes through terrain).

1.9 update is out and it has 6 new bosses: Jewel Man, Tengu Man, Galaxy Man, Burst Man, Nitro Man and, Fuse Man.

...yea it was after work and fatigue was setting in, I guess I was right to call it a marathon...

I would say lower there health first then use then use time stopper and then instant kill
So.... what if you used Rain Flush after defeating Wily Machine 4?

I understand but, there are stairs, also, metal blades are overpowered, shoot at all 8 directions, and almost takes no power
