Thinking Outside the Box to Solve a Weird Running Issue on a V12 Jaguar XJS

This 1991 Jaguar XJS V12 convertible arrived at my shop early in the summer with a not start condition. After some troubleshooting a broken wire was found and after that was replaced it started. However once up to operating temperature it did not run right, it would not rev at all. I need to start thinking outside the box to solve the weird running issue on the V12.
