Not as young as you might assume, most likely. Tal was 32 years old when this album was released in 2016. Certainly younger than me, but not "So young" but certainly "so talented"!!!!

When I hear the shit debate that “Rock is dead” , or “lets go the lost hot summer tour “ featuring dinosaur greats of the past, I evidently respond that new music is there, just stupidly ignorant of it, your not going to hear the genuine new female talent created in the country with the likes of Tal Wilkenfeld, Orianthi, Tash Sultana, Tia Gostelow , Clair Ann Taylor, Jen Cloher , Stonefield (band)and Courtney Barnett on radio are we.
All these ladies Ive featured via the Sunday Sounds are world class playing with or sharing the bill with major international acts and make me proud to say Rock is well and truly alive regardless of the NSW government’s attempts to fuck up live music altogether.
Anyway get this album .....Australian and proud
