🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 There is a record of viriboni varnam in bhairavi raga in 5 speeds rendered by the great violin trio brothers L Vaidyanathan, L Subramanyam, and L Sankar, accompanied by great Palakkad Mani iyer on Mrudangam 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
One of the Greatest Maestro Violin with unmatched technical excellence. When can we expect him to offer sowkhya bhavam concert eschewing overdone play of instrumental soundscapes? I feel sad at giving a miss of rasanubhuti of aesthetic beauty of Karnataka Sangitam.
We are so used to instruments following Gayaki style that we don’t appreciate what an instrument can do to bring out other soundscapes! L S is one such instrument player who can bring out that!! His Mohanam was outstanding and the Kalpana swarams were so different and vibrant when compared to what we generally hear!! Sound quality of his violin and his playing technique is so superior!! He has worked very hard to get these soundscapes!
@@bdfhjlable Maha Vidwan is an Internationally acclaimed Violin Maestro. I have heard him accompany many stalwarts and legends of Karnataka Sangitam. His Vidwat is beyond questionable. I recall many pleasurable Raga Rasa in his offer of chaste and unalloyed classicism. Having attained exalted heights in technical virtuosity, it will be a great service to the cause of Karnataka Sangitam if the maestro commits to eschew elements of sensations and excitement. Legends L.Shankar and L.Subramaniam have set the trend and all the violinists are following them.
