what these guys did on this album and especially with this great album opener is crazy, I hope you keep reacting to Periphery and listen to Satellite, it's a masterpiece
@@johnquinn7794 there is a lot of Periphery at the top of the top Stranger thing Reamin indor Raimbow gravity Marigold All p4 and p5 I'd just love him to hear "Satelited" and "Wax Wings" now.
Yall forgot Racecar and Omega Like if she's gonna react to Stranger Things, she should hear Omega then stranger things. That's the best 18 m of music they've ever made. Racecar is their best song tho
I’ve got some bands/songs for you if you like Periphery. Periphery has been my favorite band since 2009. I even have vocal covers and guitar covers of several of their songs on my channel. So, these other bands are ones I enjoy alongside Periphery: Architects - Doomsday Tesseract - Nocturne Crystal Lake - Apollo Volumes - Edge of the Earth Northlane - Bloodline Erra - (I’m having a hard time thinking of a song…cuz with this band, I usually end up liking the tracks they don’t release as singles…ok I know what I’ll do, I’ll give you my favorite track of probably their most well-known album AND the song they released for it, which happens to be tracks 5 and 6) …Erra - Orchid (my favorite) Erra - Breach (the track they released) I CANT STRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT THESE BANDS/SONGS IF YOURE A FAN OF PERIPHERY…and they’re in no particular order, just what I thought of first. Have fun!
@@celizalde.c Lucky. I wish I had bands like these when I was growing up. You must be younger than me. Cuz the songs I wrote for my high school band were influenced by the bands I grew up with…among many others, I’ll just list the ones I made enough of an effort to go see live…Staind, Linkin Park, Taproot, Chevelle, Thirty Seconds to Mars (after their FIRST album when they were still good), Korn, Trust Company (which are all good bands, but I feel like I’d have written a lot differently if I had those bands instead), and then there’s the few timeless gems…A Perfect Circle, Tool, Meshuggah, Dream Theater, Primus. If you’re curious, I uploaded a few of my high school bands songs (from back in like 2001) on my channel a few years ago. I think they delete links so I can’t link you right to it. It’s at least good for a few laughs. There’s also a couple originals from later…the after Periphery and learning music theory milestone.
Hope to be fair with the guitars part. From the react videos before most of the time just mentioned the drums and vocals. Yes the drums and vocals are incredible but the signature of the band is 3 guitars setup to replace a bass. How to balance and do the arrangement with 3 guitars is so important, plus a lot of techniques, details. And you know what? Most concepts are inspired from Misha ,and also collaborate with Mark to run the project called Haunted Shores. Please don’t forget their efforts, also should give a credit to Jake. Sorry for my offensive comments and makes your inconvenience and thanks for support this amazing band.
Yea their genre is progressive metal or I'd say progressive metalcore because Spencer's style of alternating screams and clean singing is a metalcore thing like killswitch engage who pioneered it
You definately need to do Periphery - Wax Wings. The end is epic.
and absolomb.

They're progressive metal and they're very technical ❤
Heh heh, I remember hearing prog for the first time. Such a fun genre to explore, and it’s awesome that you enjoyed it!

You should definitely do reptile by periphery cause it’s representation of the band in a nutshell only this is is that it’s almost 17 minutes long
Saw them about a month ago with Underoath. They were all amazing but I was impressed with Periphery since I hadn't listened to them much before
"All the bathtubs stink!"
