Spot on, as usual. Young Ale does not enjoy being the focus of attention. She is probably the most natural singer of the three, and has quite a sultry voice (she only really lets it loose when she thinks no one is watching). She just turned 15, so she is still in that awkward stage of life, that so many young women experience. When she lets herself go on stage, her inner lioness comes out (the shows in NYC come to mind). This version, is my favorite performance of the song. 🤘🏻❤️😂
Ale is such a quiet perfectionist and always spot on with her playing. It will be interesting to see her mature and let out the badass we all know she has inside and occasionally get to see when she thinks nobody is looking lol.
FINALLY! You get to see what they sound like in 2020!!!! And everything that was just potential before is being fully realized NOW! This acoustic session was bloody fantastic!
This is one of my favorite performances. I like a lot of the acoustic stuff because it highlights how together they are and how well integrated their vocals are. Sinister Smiles is particularly good for this because of Ale's light falsetto against Dany's wailing and Dany and Pau trading off. Their voices are different but so together. It's just genius and it really shines in the simple expression of the acoustic format. They take a simple strumming guitar, drum pad, and acoustic bass and make an incredibly rich sound with the flowing melody, the great changes and hooks, and the awesome vocals. Behind the noise and power of their rock show they are weaving a rich, tight tapestry of musical expression in often very subtle ways. It's cool seeing it come to the fore in the acoustic setting. They also do Red Hands Never Fade in this same session and it's a must see. Dany has some fun (I won't spoil it, not completely :) Sisters, band mates, they are as tight as the nucleus of an atom. Boy is it fun to watch. Goosebumps galore.
Ale is an Introvert, she does not like the up-close attention. As many introverts would attest to, the thing's like this, interviews and random cameras in your face are terrifying. But being on stage can be energising.
Time to learn their names: Guitars and vocals: Daniela (Dany) Villarreal. Drums and vocals: Paulina (Pau). Bass and backing vocals: Alejandra (Ale). This was shot less then a year ago (9 months). Released first on Patreon in Sept 2019.
I think it's fine she doesn't get much into their names, and background, usually that tends to spoils the reaction, since it becomes an excersise of asociation and appreciation for the non musical aspects. For example, her reaction of a video of Angelina Jordan that she gave a 3, was honest and raw, just pure musical reaction, even when all the fans gave her a lot of shit, and thumbed down her and flooded the chat with comments sayng that Angelina was sick and what not. So. I prefeer to see the performance reaction, not the reaction to any sob story behind it.
Ale likes to move on stage... This song is soooooo great! Eletric, accoustic, á capella, on piano...doesn't matter. These sisters are the best thing that happened to Rock Music in the last 10 years. 💙💚💛🇧🇷💙💚💛🇧🇷💙💚💛🇧🇷
It is true to a point what people in the comments have said about Ale, but when the whole quarantine thing happened and The Warning is doing weekend interactions with their fans (Friday is known as Dany Day, Saturday is Pau Day, and Sunday Ale Day), Ale has been doing a LOT of talking with fans, by herself. Ale has done 2 one hour long question and answer sessions with the fans(she was funny, at one point she was doing impersonations of her sisters), she’s done shorter videos showing us her gear and her funko pops collection. Ale has begun to open up, she’s very well spoken and she talks in very sweet, gentle way, nothing like the fierce person that comes out during performing.
Now you can see how much they all have improved, they never stop learning and understand the value of hard work and perseverance and it shows!! Good Review, we all missed Charlotte - oh by the way she is 4!!!!
That was awesome. I’ve heard it before and I never get tired of it. I’ve heard Dany and Pau say that in private Ale is just as boisterous as they are but as soon as the cameras come on she gets quite and shy cause she doesn’t like the attention. Funny thing is she seems to have the larger fan base from the 3. 😁 🤙
Comparing them to Rush, Ale is the Neil Peart one. Although Neil appeared in TV interviews and so on, in a group situation it was usually Alex and/or Geddy who would step forward. However, there's one interview in 1980 where Neil does 90% of the talking, then Geddy chips in and Alex says virtually nothing! So maybe one day in the future we may get something similar from Ale. :)
😯 (spoken in a seriously fake and snooty British accent) I beg your pardon, Sir. It is clearly evident that Lady Paulina has the largest fan base of the three! (Falls over laughing)
Hi! The videos you've been reacting previously are from their first time playing live the Queen of the murder scene in Mexico City and they were little nervous but, after that they have continued the musical growing, maturity and confident in theiselves. We all love this acoustic performances.
I must admit that I have been on the fence about the Warning, but recently I have seen some things that made me a fan and this just sent them over the top for me. Great job ladies. I agree with your assessment they killed it!
They can be a slow burn for some. For myself I got into them easily, bought the first album, listened to it a few times, thought it was pleasant enough but then avoided them until just before QOTMS. Then I *really* got into them. :)
If you had been negative about the vocals on this one, I was going to head up an intervention to get you to a hearing specialist. Think of Ale as the cool cat who always does her job to perfection.
It's really apparent on those new acoustic performances, that they have been working with vocal coach, as Dani's vocals are much more controlled compared to the older recorded live performances.

I don't have a good enough ear to rate the quality of the singing (except to say that I totally like it) but for an example of the passion, energy, personality and all out charisma these girls can bring to performance, see Red Hands Never Fade live at Lunario CDMX.
Awesome reaction. You need to show Charlotte the live version, Pau does a mini solo in the middle that will blow her mind! Also that's Ale singing falsetto in the chorus!!!
Watched it twice loved the facial expressions you can tell rather quickly how much you were into it. You finally get what alot of us have been trying to portray to you.
And there we go ladies and gents, the ultimate revelation of this band's true talent and potential is manifested on Maunalee's face right at the 2:08 mark as she is stopped in her tracks by the power of Dany's beautiful voice.
First up, so sorry to hear about your dog. 2nd up, Ale’s bass playing...She has so much natural ability and timing it’s unreal, and to top it off with that falsetto in the chorus is great. 3rd up, great reaction but the only way it coulda been improved would’ve been to have the delightful Charlotte in the reaction!
Hi maunalee well the story about Alejandra the bass. Player as you call her Lol well she is a shy person thats just her personality it's like you gotta understand she is the little sister so she usually lets the other two take charge of everything even when they do interviews she rarely ever talks in front of of the camera like I said she is shy she's young she's very reserved but she can play
Awesome reaction, these young ladies never disappoint. Ale is so much better when she is on stage, but she is very humble, the one who is least to speak.
Thanks for your reaction! They are all beautiful but there is something about Ale (Bass) that makes her more attractive to me as well.....in any event the acoustical version of this song really shows just how talented they are without the big stage all electrical sound! Much love for these sisters!❤️❤️❤️
Yeah, you finally get to see something very recent. Now you can see what we have been talking about with the progression of their vocals. This was a great version and a great reaction. Peace!
You have just experienced the best independent rock band. Three mexican sisters that write, sing, play their own music / instruments. All done in english there second language. Born and live in Monterrey Mexico. Am i a fan / supporter of The Warning Rock Band? I will let you make that decision / decisión. 🤘🤘🤘 👍👍👍 🤞🤞🤞
I think they just did not get to move around and flip hair that was what I felt might have made them a tad uncomfortable but they rocked it out I thought here this was awesome.
Nice reaction to a great accoustic performance! Ale, the bassist, is a little shy, but she can even sing lead if necessary... and to be honest, if you see some interviews or gigs, most of us would seem shy compared to Dany and Pau... 👍🤘
Listen to the normal version live, it has a better ending for me, although here the voice is better appreciated, thanks for your reaction and .. Sorry..
th-cam.com/video/sgMX9oPGli0/w-d-xo.html. This Ale’s Spector Interview. When she plays snippets of her dust to dust intro you see her come alive inside. It’s about 3 minutes long and a great intro to who this incredible young lady is.
I discovered Mazzy Star like a year ago, one of those weird underground bands that are iconic for a reason, and finding out more and more about them, Hope Sandoval kinda reminds me of Ale, in the shyness, introvert part of her, not liking interviews and cameras etc....maybe she will change with time maybe not, anyhow being an introvert is not a bad thing, if anything balances things out with the other 2 being kinda crazy 😅
I love their 2020 acoustic stuff and Sinister Smiles really shines in this performance. BTW, the band recently announced on Patreon their signing to Lava Records (Republic Records/Universal Music Group) joining the likes of Greta Van Fleet, Lorde, and TSO. This should launch them on their next evolution in growth as artists and young women. Best of luck to the Villarreal family.
At 15 years old, Alejandra is one of only 39 featured artists (and the only female) on the Spector Bass website. Recently Ale did a TH-cam promotional video for Spector. The video is below. YES everyone, she really can talk. th-cam.com/video/sgMX9oPGli0/w-d-xo.html

Yup, this is an original song of theirs from their concept album Queen Of The Murder Scene. If you think this acoustic version is great, check out out the album version (link is below) th-cam.com/video/oMLam_eF6ks/w-d-xo.html You should also check out theacoustic version of "The End (Stars Always Seem To Fade)". Since you did a reaction to the regular version, you should do one to the acoustic version they did during this same set th-cam.com/video/p0yqw2kd2Fw/w-d-xo.html
You should watch the 2 other songs they did in this set really good audio!! links Hunter- th-cam.com/video/crFCPIoMQM8/w-d-xo.html and The End- th-cam.com/video/p0yqw2kd2Fw/w-d-xo.html
As far as the lyrics, this is a girl losing her mind (sung by Pau, the drummer) and fighting her evil side (Dany). At the end these 2 personalities break apart into distinct entities. As far as beauty, I find it interesting how all 3 sisters have the same features (chin, nose, eyes, etc.), are all 3 beautiful, yet each in a distinct way. They aren't triplets. Ale is just a stunning natural beauty.
Ale does not have a great relationship with the camera. Also according to a vlog or an interview I saw she didn't seem very happy that she was asked to sing this song in falsetto.
Are you sure about that ,I remember on there video chat with Phil of Wings of Pegasus website for a english guitarist (th-cam.com/video/9L5R4ErAPpk/w-d-xo.html) he asked about how they arrange harmonies and said that Ale usually sings the high falsetto parts cause she the best at it.
Greg Pourciau my apologies. I hate spreading false information, but I am capable of mis-remembering. That was apparently the case here. After reading your comment, I did some research. The only thing I could find was in vlog 25 Ale said she did the falsetto, she made a weird face. That was probably what made me think she didn't like doing it and over time I guess I just came to think she SAID she didn't like it. Unless there is something I was unable to find this time, that must be it. Thanks for catching my blunder.
@@markbell4017 No apology necessary just had watched that interview a couple of days before. She may be reluctant to sing lead at times but if her sisters ask she definitely steps up to the plate checkout this : th-cam.com/video/8BPsEGjhFZ4/w-d-xo.html & th-cam.com/video/kdA9HatBPc8/w-d-xo.html
Just watched your "somebody to love" reaction Well now you have to do Marc Martel also 😁 just to be fair. Wasnt he the guy who sang Bohemian Rhapsody movie
I’m curious. You received an incredible amount of views and comments on Nightwish’s Ghost Love Score. I enjoyed your reaction and wonder if you’re going to do anymore Nightwish.
@Neville Corkin You can go see the Warning Rock Band live for $25.00. Watch all their videos for free on youtube. Join their Patreon as low as $1.00. Who would pay 50 dollars for some person opinion. I do agree with your comment. Cheers
She's a mercenary reaction channel. She only reacts if you pay her. That kills the fun in watching a reaction ☹️ Spend your money on Nightwish Skeeze Smith 👍
@@bobparmelee1071 I figured as much. That’s why I asked. I never sub to a channel on the first song for that reason. I can usually tell when it’s fake.
Hey can I suggest a new singer? She's a Korean gospel singer, her name is Sohyang, I have 3 suggestions -Bridge over troubled water (immortal songs 2) -Everyone (immortal songs 2) -Fate (I'm a singer 2)
Look everyone! We have our first ever reaction video coach. I'm signing up today. Because I didn't know it was unprofessional to talk about your feelings in a reaction until just this minute. You can react by showing no emotion at all and it will be frofessional. Also I have noticed several reactors showing off their goosebumps to various types of music. This amateurish behavior must stop. Where do I sign up for lessons? I wanna be a pro like you!

Its more personality then age. Dany and pau weren't awkward at any age. Ale is just quieter and more reserved
The manager is always joking and pissing off
Alejandra the bassist that's why she looks angry. And also, she doesn't like the camera to focus her.
Glad you liked their vocals. Their acoustic versions really highlight their great vocals.

I agreed, Ale definitely getting more comfortable talking on camera... And it's obvious she has a great sense of humor like her sisters
And she is getting more viewers than her sisters. One day she reached 1000 in one of her videos alone.
Lorenzo Rodriguez oh really, I watched those on replay and I must’ve missed that.
Yes this is their song along with the rest of the album "Queen Of The Murder Scene"
Now you can see how much they all have improved, they never stop learning and understand the value of hard work and perseverance and it shows!! Good Review, we all missed Charlotte - oh by the way she is 4!!!!

Its a ten in my book, as well
If you had been negative about the vocals on this one, I was going to head up an intervention to get you to a hearing specialist.
Think of Ale as the cool cat who always does her job to perfection.
Randy Andrews 😂
Exactly. She isn't so much shy as she's just cool for school :)
Anyone could start a s musical reaction channel. Does mean they are right
It's really apparent on those new acoustic performances, that they have been working with vocal coach, as Dani's vocals are much more controlled compared to the older recorded live performances.
Ale does her talking on stage with her bass!

Yes, I prefer the Lunario CDMX performance as well, but do also like this acoustic version
I prefer the acoustic version for one reason only...a certain reactor who shall remain nameless.😂😂😂😂
Good song and reaction.
Loved the band reminded me of the band Midnight oil:)))
Ale is so chill!!

TE AMO Maunalee PORQUE AMAS A LAS HERMANAS VILLARREAL EXCELENTES TODAS LAS REACCIONES A THE WARNING. UN ABRAZO DESDE MÉXICO..
Now you need to do the acoustic version of Hunter! The lyrics are creepy and chilling!
They are certainly one of a kind!
Glad u liked it... more please!
The Villarreal sisters are not from earth I think. Maybe they traveled in time from the year 2112?
Whenever I see this video all I can think is:
Will someone PLEASE move Pau's mic over just two inches!! Please!!" 😂😂
You know they have 3 other acoustic versions from that set. You should check them al out- all are great!
Yeah!!,...rock!!. rock!!..rock!!
If you thought that was good, listen to the Electric version! When they play this live, they OWN the audience!
I gotta say I'm digging the acoustic version a little better than the original version.
Just break apart from ale 🤭🤘🤘🤘🤘🎵❤️🎶🎸

Ale hates cameras with a passion.
I have heard of the look if you get too close with a camera while she is on stage.

I think it's time for a stalker. What do you think ? A like surprises.
Have you heard the actual song? Awesome!!
Their Mom's a dentist. I have no idea why i threw that out there. Maybe the pretty teeth.
Interesting factoid. I had no idea.
Ale always sings falsetto on this song -- as well as on a lot of other songs... She's very good at it...

For $50 bucks. It'd better be good!
@@skeezesmith7954 Actually I think her reactions are genuine.
You want to see the Ale come out of her shell watch her do lead vocals on Hunter

Hey can I suggest a new singer?
She's a Korean gospel singer, her name is Sohyang, I have 3 suggestions
-Bridge over troubled water (immortal songs 2)
-Everyone (immortal songs 2)
-Fate (I'm a singer 2)
Mauna Lee, you need to stop talking about feelings and showing the disgusting goose bumps. Be professional!
