Michael McDonald was scary because he felt entitled to his children no matter what. Loving your kids is one thing, but entitlement is quite another thing. It's like borderline family annihilator behavior. "if I can't have them no one can" or 'my wife must die because she's taking my kids from me'.

@@jennifermcpike1977 incorrect, the court didnt need any supporting evidence, my step father is deemed legally able to take care of children, his previous girlfriend though had filed for him to never see his biological kids no contact with allegations that had no backing. the mother said no, so the court went with it. fathers have no rights in court during custody arguments.
Did you listen at all? He violated a no contact order. They don’t just hand those out like candy. Considering his behavior in court, he’s clearly a violent individual. This is also the second time he’s violated the no contact order. On top of that, he resisted arrest. The smart thing to have done was ask his lawyer FIRST if sending gifts was allowed and then LISTENED when the lawyer said no. Violating no contact orders and then fighting cops doesn’t get your kids back. It shows that you clearly can’t control yourself. If he really missed his kids that much, he’d be patient enough to see if his lawyer can work something out about supervised visitation.

The guy around 21 minutes made his life that much worse where not only will he be able to see his kids again but nobody
Michael McDonald was scary because he felt entitled to his children no matter what. Loving your kids is one thing, but entitlement is quite another thing. It's like borderline family annihilator behavior. "if I can't have them no one can" or 'my wife must die because she's taking my kids from me'.
what the fuck... entitled to HIS CHILDREN?? these courts and government has given some of you way too much power. he is the father he has rights too... or course he went about it the wrong way i agree but im sick of some of you women who think you have more power than the father... some of you are crap mothers but it doesnt finacially help the courts so thats why most of the custody goes to the mother, because its more lucrative, not because you are the better parent
Yeah that's his kids. I'd do the same thing.
@@gailmargret23then you need treatment.
15 years for killing two people. This is the problem.
In the first case, the brother appeared to be trying to help subdue his insane brother, which looks kinda bad on the court officers who jumped and handcuffed him.
I might be wrong tho
You weren’t wrong. If you help police, you often go to jail too
@@drrichardpaul right👌😅😅😅
That's how I saw it
Transport official should not have that job. She had to let the judge protect himself.
Dude violated his parole by sending his kids Christmas presents? That's ridiculous. That never would have happened to a woman, wether the husband had a protective order or not.
The mf's are ridiculous! I can't believe this happened
That's not true. You don't know ALL the circumstances.
@@traceymarie593 what's not true? I guarantee that wouldn't have happened to a woman. The family courts greatly favor females. That's just a fact, kid. Nothing you can say to me will ever convince that a woman would get arrested for sending her kid presents.
@@traceymarie593whatever!
You are misinformed. He had a history of ignoring restraining orders.
Bro what was the point of him calling the judge the N word!?!? Black people had nothing to do with this broo! BLM ✊🏾
Guy sends his kids Christmas presents and goes to prison, what a court system
Nco means no contact doesn't matter direct or indirect.
That's what I was thinking. The courts take his children away from him and they wonder why he gets pissed off . To many times the courts automatically side with the woman and take a father's parental rights away .
@@scottjohnson9912you all need to remember when they take kids away there was a reason for this weather it be he was violent against her in front of kids or he was to the kids also or he may have even been mentally abusing his children I know if it is just for her they would have a mandatory area for drop off or pick up whenever they do it for the kids also it means they had prof he was rather mentally or physically abusing the kids as well as his x wife
Why don't they have guards , armed with tasers atleast, in the court room
