In Austin Texas the Probate Judge will Steal Property from the Dearly Departed by Replacing the Chosen Named Trusted Executor with a Developer's Attorney as Court Monitored Administrator, who then Valued the Estate at 5% of Real Value and the "Honorable" Court Ordered the Sale of the Debt Free Property Only to the DEVELOPER. "Ethical Judges" , "Ethical Attorneys" equals "Ethical Courts" in Austin Texas . The Judge Refuses to permit Trial by Jury and has many Requests for Recusal , complaints concerning the treatment of the Handicapped and orphans by the Courts . Don't die with a Will use a Trust or Right of Survival filed at the Courthouse before death or the "Honorable" Judges will Steal your Property .

Austin TX Probate Court Replaced the Trusted 45 yr Family Friend of a 96 yr old That is the Named Trusted Executor and Sole Beneficiary on the past 3 Wills with a City of Austin Taxpayer Funded Developer's , Attorney , as a Court Monitored Administrator who immediately Contracted to Sell Half of the Family's Debt Free 15 acres and the Mom's house to the Developer for $60 k , ( Jointly owned by Mom and Daughter, with separate homes on the 15 acres , all Debt Free no need to Sell.)
The $1,500 k Estate was Court Ordered SOLD for $60 k.
The Judge by Replacing the Trusted Executor with the Developer's Attorney as Administrator made the Estate Defenseless and Stole the Property.
After 3 yrs of Court the Family ran out of $$$$$$s for Attorneys.
Unlimited Tax Payer Funds $70+ Million to the Developer, and Unlimited "Ethical" Judges and "Ethical" Attorneys and Developers operating as 10+ LLC corporations ; Resulted in Half the 50+ yr Family Land stolen by Court.
Do Not use a Will , Wills go before a "Honorable" Judge , Use a Trust or Right of Survivorship filed at the Courthouse before Death or the Probate Court will Steal Your Land .

Years ago, I went to court hearing for a friend of mines. I entered a court room and sat on the bench like others have waiting for other cases to be heard. There were other cases before theirs. Anyway, two females arrived mintues after I sat down. They sat behind me discussing about an upcoming hearing that was about to happen. ( from the sound of them one was the mother, other might be a friend/girlfriend or sister. ) Then, an 18 yr old pops up for his hearing. He nearly beaten another kid up to death ( in a coma) with a baseball bat all because his " friends" wanted the other kid's sneaker. The 18 yr old was on his way to professional basketball league and had multiple scholarships on the line. What baffled me was the two females behind me said " he's getting bail". Then after the hearing they wailed about the charges and lost of scholarships.
How?! He chose his path! People need to stop making excuses for other actions all because they're an athlete, musician etc. Idc if that's my only sibling, child etc. Wrong is wrong! Of course it hurts, but that doesn't mean to enable that person's wrongdoings.

However, I think 98 percent of them is an act to defy the inevitable.Thinking they won't be taken accountable for the things they did. They shouldn't be shocked. What? You murder someone and think you're gonna get off scott free? Please. You'd have to be the most narasstic, psychopathic, mentally deranged individual to commit these crimes.
These families that try to defend their behavior are just as horrible. Personal accountability is a must, but they could be enablers and part of the problem. If she doesn't repent and give her life to God through Jesus, then she will seal her own fate. Even though God wants for all of His children to be saved, there are far too many that refuse. I think life in jail so she can never harm another child isn't unreasonable. I understand where you are coming from, but you can't psychoanalysis people who are acting out of seeing something horrific. You think people watch these shows to feel superior. I don't think I'm better than anyone else. They dont make me feel superior, just disgusted. It's hard to fathom someone committing those acts. It's like watching a train wreck. But then to see an old friend who is the person you have to do it to?
Ill never forget the first time i ran into an old highschool buddy and the feeling i got when they asked me "what happened to me" and then to go on and talk about what a great and cheery kid i was. Still crying like a bitch rn.
People say it woke booth up and he genuinely changed and is living better. That's so sweet.

Im in no way defending the addicted ladyʻs crimes and actions, but as a recovering opiate addict, 10 yrs clean, I hear people say things like “why donʻt they just stop doing drugs?” I understand the sincere sentiment behind the question, but all i can say is that if it was that easy to stop, there would be ALOT less addicts in rhis world, because nobody WANTS to be an addict, or an alcoholic. The pain in sickness of withdrawals is gut wrenching, but itʻs necessary to endure it before you can successfully beat addiction. The bad choices people make are on them, but an addict trying to beat addiction needs prayer and encouragement
