You did a great job! Most movies I see here in the states are set in the Outback so we have the impression that Australia is just a dry, flat, barren desert. This video and the one in Tasmania is an eye-opener to this amazing country. So much to see. More movies should be made that reflect that. Thanks.

Thanks a lot Dana. I'd like to re-do this video with better audio - they are some breathtaking landscapes that few people get to witness.

Wonderful to see your presentation style. I am over the constant selfie thing in so many. Its great to see the presenter or narrator but it doesnt need to be 70% that some serve up. I will be watching more and making sure our overseas friends get a look, as one lot of friends hope to arrive in 4 years time . We ourselves have done a lot of the route, and enjoyed it too. Thank you

This is first of y'alls videos that I have seen, beautiful scenery. I am a Yank but I lived on the Atherton Tableland in 1977 and 78 and the beginning brought back some memories. It is so beautiful there.

@@LifeDunnDifferently It's been so long that I don't remember for sure, but I know that I camped at the foot of all of them without any issue, and some had restrooms and some didn't. The curtain fig didn't have a boardwalk to it, you just climbed through the jungle to get to it!

Another great video guys. Super dynamic. I can see the growth in your editing skills from your first ones, though I have loved them all. The music complemented the images so well. Once more, you have showcased areas I have not been to, and didn't know were so breathtaking. This also gives great insight for people considering a nomadic lifestyle. I would add a map each time you talk about a milestone. Other than that, it is fantastic. Looking forward to seeing the next one!

Makes me want to go back to the red centre. It's been too long! Loved the cows running across the road and it's amazing you got so close to a thorny devil. I will be telling hubby about the incident in Mt Isa, as he's a bit 'relaxed' about security ;-)

Hey Den - thanks very much mate that's awesome to hear.

@@LifeDunnDifferently Happy to support your channel. I watched your vid and really loved the quality. Your editing is perfect. I loved the drone footage snd thought you had a good combo of music, talking and no clip dragged on. Had me glued from start to finish. I’ll watch more of your vids later but going on this one I’m sure you’ll grow into a huge channel down the track. 😃👍

@@LifeDunnDifferently Mate. I watched your vids South Australia in a camper an and then W.A in a camper van and honestly couldn’t fault them. You talk really well, your clips don’t drag out too much. I also love all your drone shots too. I like it how you mix it up with music, a bit of talking including a great intro. Your end of video extras all blend together to make it really good quality. For me personally, I’d like to see a little bit of a tour around each different Motorhome you hire. But that’s only my thing.
You may be a smaller channel than I am but I think your quality exceeds mine. I should be asking you for advice. Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be earning a quid for these in the near future. Also thank you for subbing and supporting my channel also. I feel like I’m slowly improving Means a lot. 😃👍

I would think most viewers would be envious of such a fantastic iconic bit of travelling you and Nat are doing. From a story telling perspective I have heard from TH-cam creators that poor video can be forgiven, but poor audio can ruin a good bit of storytelling!! Pay attention to the audio track. Also… did you know you can use the drone camera as a hand held gimbal camera. One more point, it might be worth the investment in a DJI OSMO pocket, fototripper makes great use of this camera, Finally get Nat more involved, as these travels include her too. Good luck with your adventures. I’ll be watching with envious green eye. Love the Aussie content 👍🏼. Keep up the excellent storytelling 👍🏼❤️🍷🇦🇺📷

      Hey Bruce
Thanks for watching and your feedback is much appreciated. To be honest, I cringe watching any of my old videos back - it's interesting how quickly my own expectations have changed... Audio in this one really frustrates me and I've made it a priority since.
Will try and get Nat a little more involved... not sure she shares quite the level of interest but agree :)
It was an epic trip that one - will never forget some of those stops!
      Cheers

Very professional. Showcasing the travels and beauty instead of yourselves which some others seem to do. Great music. And well done without the tacky bikini shots in the waterholes that others seem to use to exploit their partners to gain views. Keep up the great work.

What was the cost to rent the motor home ?

    • @LifeDunnDifferently
      @LifeDunnDifferently  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

This was when most of the country was locked down so we got it very cheap... they had a lot of availability and we negotiated a deal for a van up the coast SE QLD and then took the motorhome to Adelaide. Normally starts at about $250 a day but they do have deals fairly regularly.
