Identify every task in your business, group the tasks by skillset, record a video on every task, bring someone in to help you providing your videos as training... then rinse and repeat as you grow
Is instagram a good place to find potential brands to work with? I feel like other designers tend to flock to agency pages vs prospective clients. What are your thoughts?
It depends on who your clients are and whether or not they respond to the type of content you produce... If you're clients are on instagram, then answering 100 of their challenges with useful posts should generate more interest ove time as your channel grows... Dain Walker is a good example of how this strategy works
Thanks for the great vid... Do you have a video on onboarding? I find that a lot of people giving advice, give it and then don't provide any solutions on how to do that. Onboarding is a tedious process, do you have any software or service recommendations for us?
Onboarding is mostly about communicating what is upcoming, what is required and adding value so most can be performed through automated emails. I use ConvertKit for this. You may need to tee up calls etc, but this can also be automated through emails and software such as Calendly. Map out your tasks, automate what you can and put in place systems for the rest
Thank you so much for this video.
Glad it was helpful!
I love your intro
