I think this video needs a professional voice over person. It's all one continuous flow of the same tone and is very difficult to follow. My suggestion would be to cut this training down into 5 two minute trainings and add color to the instructions. Explain why you do something vs. just showing what to do.

Nicely Explained...but to all viewers who have the problem with her speed, please note that there is a setting option at the top right corner where you can adjust the Payback Speed...stop commenting on her speed. Rather concenterate on the content.

Around the 1:50 mark you said you can import, but you don't show how.. I want to create say, 25 tickets by importing from CSV, can I do that?

Ok i understood how to use but how does customer report issue? Lets say in a small company how can someone as a user side send issue to admin?
