    14:55 What if the customer asks a question in his ticket and writes "Thank you in advance", will the Freddy's thank you detector close the ticket ? (Since it has encountered the word "thank you" in the ticket)

      Hello Ajai! The "Thank you" detector, powered by Freddy, can understand the intent of the customer when they respond to a closed or resolved ticket. Freddy continues to learn from the feedback model and takes a call if a ticket should be reopened or not based on previous agent interaction with similar tickets.     Do I have to login as Admin to be able to see the automation? I am just an agent and do not see the automation by clicking the wheel icon.

    Hello, I have a problem in DKIM setting - as I have my DNS setting on cloudflare, ticketing system is not working for now !! any idea why?
