I really miss these old hymns. Today's so called "Christian " is too much like what we have in the world. This speakes to your soul and brings peace. Many of these hymns were written by people who knwe God and had suffered severe loss or pain, but made it by His Grace!

I have listened to Sunday Hymns almost since you began and enjoy it tremendously. Thank you for doing it so faithfully. It is a great way for you to thank God for the gift He has given both you and Joshua. Please play # 292 from Great Hymns of Faith, called Surely Goodness and Mercy, incl. the last chorus. When I played the piano at our church I sometimes surprised the congregation and the pastor when I played it after the final chorus. They had usually skipped that. Due to illness I can no longer sing, but continue to sing in my heart, knowing a lot of the words. Oh yes, I want to mention how much I appreciate the titles being shown. Now if it were only possible to show the lyrics. That would be wonderful, but I know it would be a huge challenge.

They have helped me in so many ways. I did have a question about composing music or playing songs that go from a minor key into a major key. For example the older hymn “Life is a Symphony”. How would you play that song and what major key sounds best with a minor key in the same arrangement? Thank you so much!!
