You’re probably too young to remember the Dick Anthony and Bill Pierce duo. I’m not. They were on the radio in the late evening ( where I lived in Montrose, PA). They sang a lot of JW Peterson. Every time you play something from that 60’s - 70’s to early 80’s era, I can hear them and their beautiful voices.
Palmetto state quartet sung this song jus/ce called a, mercy answered I he!d this on a radio station while working the evening shift. We were allowed to use our headsets
