I'm 26 I have autism and learning disabilities but I have never really cooked much I'm trying to more at home. Especially thanks to your videos for inspiring me to cook more. I'm also thinking of a career change to be a chef one day. Would you say it's worth it as I'm pretty nervous and I don't know how I would cope.

OMG Tibor... Chicken soup with liver dumplings... I'm going to closely watch you technique and recipe. Our soup is so good we use it to catch our husbands... handed down from my Hungarian Great Grandmother and now in our 5th generation. Side note... I really laughed so hard when you put your cart back and saw your deposit returned... my my!
Tibor... For years now I have put the liver in a food processor to liquify it... Use 1 egg, regular flour and a bit of salt. The original method with the liver was to take a tablespoon and scrape the liver pulling the veins out... Joe likes the new method better... so naturally I cook accordingly... gotta keep the husband happy... after 53 years!! 😂. Gladys

Tibor: When you buy your garlic, MAKE SURE it’s not from CHINA!!! Everything from food to water are produced from labs. People have gotten very sick from it. My nephew who’s an eye surgeon there told me that. The gastric look really shiny and fresh so it’s deceiving.
