Mr. T, you should really think about entering a culinary TV programme competition. You would be fantastic and you don't need validation of your knowledge and skills but it would be good to see you getting rewards and recognition for your abilities.
This is a gourmet dish ive never even seen it before im going to make it thanks T. Im going to use butter and egg for the pastry and put it on greased baking sheet for easier removal. I also might do the gravy then take out many bones and spoon not just the stock but with some meat as well.
