We filmed these reactions in 2017; the weekend before BTS Spring Day was released. I recently organized the CMR schedule so that the WINGS solo reactions will be posted in 2018 and I cannot/will not move them up any sooner.

You do realise that not everyone might have watched the analyses videos you cited, and that they may be basing their opinion on what they've seen and heard on the CLAMU series alone? Please do realise that I am entitled to have my own perception as someone who is not a music major and that perhaps appreciating someone else's talent shows a much better education on my part than trying to bring someone else down like you.
Vash Divel it wasn't shade, just the truth. Vocal technique is objective. Liking a voice is subjective. I personally think that it's important to separate both and not call snakes any person realizing it. There's a reality to keep up with and calling everyone a hater when they state the truth won't help or won't get you to know more about vocals. Sorry if I sound harsh. It's not even about BTS. I just don't want people to use a reaction like this to validate the weak vocal technique of their favorite singers. It's about the truth and it's about an actual vocal theory that exists and that you can't dismiss when it pleases you. I'm done now. Bye.
KamikoAi well, I cannot argue with the objectivity of technique, so I won't. My point as a musical layman is that most of us don't know about vocal theory or technique. What sounds good, sounds good. We aren't trying to validate his technique but rather, the end result, which is pretty darn good imo. And seeing people on this channel who actually know about vocal theory appreciate that end result in the small glimpses that we get is why we're watching this in the first place right? There are some Korean words or phrases that can't be easily translated in English and RM tried his best. This is why I sometimes dislike people who judge other nationalities based on how they speak English. FYI, just because we don't speak perfect English it doesn't mean we're stupid.
I don't think they were saying that RM spoke bad English, I understood that this kind of English was different from everyday life, and maybe... universal? Without place or time? It's a translation from a German book from a century ago, read by a Korean person, it gives that English a sense of poetry, abstraction and universality. I saw their faces like trying to figure out how to describe it, but I don't think they meant a bad thing at all.

The producer team and the boys are just amazing. Taehyung' teaser is esp so emotional because it still relates to I NEED U storyline, how a murder, although self-defense, can still mess you up. The horror he brought to his sister after murdering their father in front of her eyes. And how he takes comfort in the dog who come to him because he is overwhelmed with guilt to confide in anyone else. Oh mommy.. ;____;

That's not the reason, but I don't want to spoil the details for you. If you read the SAVE ME official BTS webtoon, it is revealed in one of the later chapters why Jimin was in the hospital and why he is often shown with drowning/bathtub imagery. I encourage you to check it out!

Everyone don’t praise just one member. All of them did such an amazing job and acted and played the part of the character they were portraying and all the solo songs came out beautifully. So let’s appreciate all three of them instead of just one. Proud of our boys💜

Oooh thank you!!! I needed to see more people feeling overwhelmed with those short stories, so many possible meanings in so many ways. Thank you so much. I've seen them maybe one or two months ago for the first time and since then just keep looking for BTS's things. They are huge, and deserve all the love and prizes that they are receiving. I'm waiting for BE, no with expectations like "you must be better and more complex this time", but with a lot of love, like I just hope they can show the songs they created and feel how people love them for who they are.

In a relationship with kim taehyung yes that's indeed the best but also i love how different mama and lie is too...if you notice that the vocal line had different styles of music cos as far as i know tae had a jazzy sorta music where as jimin had the spanish effect in his kookie the synth effects whereas jin the symphony accompanied like. 😅correct me if im wrong and also hobi the circus-y choir kinda thing.

lol we're exactly the same! I am a total namjoon biased but STIGMA IS THAT GOOD. I really like it, it's def. my kind of music and his voice is such a blessing (that high note kills me everytime!). I knew it would be my favourite since i watched the teaser.
