It is so hard to decide whether I like Lucky Chops or Too Many Zooz more. so similar, yet so very, VERY different in their styles. Leo is exquisite in both & the band's are filled with absolutely incredible & talented artists. I guess I won't make much progress on this debate today, but I did get my groove on. 🤓
Given the dancing that happens when Leo's not playing, I'm beginning to wonder if his introduction to brass was when some schoolteacher gave him a bari sax just to keep him under control...
And if he wasn't trying his hardest to be unique then we would slam him for being too basic and plain, he obviously has the passion and practices enough to be that good, if he wants to dance and have fun then let him, if the other guys don't want to get that into it then that's fine too, why do we always have to criticize everything to fit what we think it should be? Leo very clearly practices this stuff to be that fluid at it, there's nothing stopping them all from being that forward thinking
Why the heck these guys doesn't have the same fame of Justin Biever or Nicky Minaj?? They suck and they have millions, these guys are amazing and are playing in the subway... C'mon!
I absolutely adore how Josh Holcomb is wearing the same outfit and similar shoes as in the video of them doing a similar set last year in the same place.

Leo P the baritone sax player eventually left this band and now plays in Too Many Zooz and 2SAX amongst other things. I really like both Lucky Chops and Too Many Zooz, but I think Lucky Chops are more tuneful whereas Too Many Zooz like to pump out incredibly fast tempo but more repetitive music. Both groups are excellent and I am glad to see that they are busy with USA and worldwide tours, they must be earning well by now.
They're sick mothafuckers! Incredible sound and performance! I've just been in NYC and had the pleasure to met them in the Herald Square Station. Awesome!

They graduated from train tunnels to clubs and concert venues, I guess, or just grew up to regular jobs, unfortunately.
