I think there is definitely a limit to what you could do. You can change the structure, but if the seamstress is limited to only the materials that came with the dress, you can't really change the cheapness of how it feels/looks. Cool idea, though! It would be a definite challenge

It is (normally) a very structured material that supports the fabric to create ruffles and shapes like shown in the picture that they ordered it from. Do not be upset if even an expensive dress has this! It's common for the puffy looking handkerchief ballgown style that was popular a couple years ago. Thanks for reading!

Two things: 1 red is a a wedding color for brides in certain cultures. 2 I liked the camo dress. I've seen some camo wedding dresses and prom dresses irl that are more expensive and were awful looking compared to that one. I know its not her style, but that's a great option if a camo wedding is your vibe.
With bad clothing like this you guys should do an episode where you either try and transform the item or dress to make it work or pose similar to the models and maybe even recreate the set (or just through the magic of photoshop) to further show the “Instagram vs reality” with the wish/Amazon product photos lol
I got my wedding dress on Amazon for $45 and it was awesome! It worked for an elopement wedding 👰 which is what we did. I actually got everything from amazon for my wedding day. I got my dress shoes veil and flowers for both me and my husband
