There's 3 phases of the game; Gathering, Bartering, and the Friend phase Gathering Phase: get the best potions you can Bartering Phase: MAJOR boost in sales price (lasts 2 days) Friend Phase: Decrease in sales because of opponent (lasts 2 days) (You'll usually be able to get an extra 2 days that you can do anything with) Resets every competition
@@jamesp5343 I don't think they have a life since they just finished it...also I think its over 9+ hours if you play it casually, I have read some of the reviews on steam xd
@@urmomL I got this game because of tyler's first video, im at 39 hours now and still not done, but ive been min-maxing hard (like 1mil gold day 39 kind of hard). playtime will varry heavily based on playstyle.
Close it out is usually a very good card to play regardless of how little interest it gives compared to other cards because it'll guarantee a +5% increase to the sell price even if you don't get another heart.
this is such a fun series to watch thank you for always choosing great games also if you haven't noticed quinn goes by they/them,it's written in all the dialogue
Love playing this game myself, so many different strategic aspects to enjoy playing around with. First run though I felt like I was scraping by (got to about day 11 then reset). On my second run through however I made some critical changes to my playstyle that made a big difference. Those changes being not using Baptiste for more than just getting 1 of a new ingredient and sending minte out to the harder areas immediately to get those rarer resources. Letting me get some key potions and upgrades later down the line.
I was curious about this game at first. But now I fucking love it, because like Card Shark, this game teaches you how to manipulate and scam people to stay on the hustle, like how you are taught to cheat at cards in Card Shark.
Turn 1 loses 1 patience on end turn Turn 2 loses 2 patience on end turn The end turn button shows the total patience lost, ao if the customer's action is losing patience, it's already added on the end turn. And buffs like pump up are stored on the bottom right, not the bottom left
Fun fact to know for the future, If you lose all patience and pique their interest on the same card they will buy the potion Turns out you discovered the tech in vid oof
You spelled piqued, which is usually the correct way to write it, but I think in the context of this game I think "peaked" would, ironically, be more appropriate.
probably picked it up already but, if I may beackseat a little smisge: each of the traits an ingredient can have correlate with 1 of the 5 senses of the body. from left to right, the traits seem to be taste, feeling, smell, sight and sound
Minor spoiler: Gameplaywise also! The card you get for maxing out your relationship with them is really strong "Close out the deal and increase the interest one level higher"
I am subbed to this channel only for the game gems, inscryption, potion craft, turmoil, this game here. Personally I don't watch long videos but the content here is not mainstream games and it's good. Also this guy is nuts on turmoil
32:08 Tyler I understand why you thought that way but you are not paying attention. When the customer is gonna lose patientce it adds up to "end turn" so it that situation the customer would have lost only 2 not 3 patientce. When ending turn, the first time customer loses 1 patientce, then increases by one every time you do it. For example look at 25:50. After ending turn 1 you lose 1 patientce and next turn you would have lost 2, but the customer adds 1 (2+1=3)
I really like the deckbuilding and the writing so far, although the gift mechanics are questionable, I'm pretty sure characters just value gifts based on type, therefore valuing a hyperdimensional crystal less than a blob findable in the street

Tyler please: Skip the cutscene if you must, but read the tooltips! You are misinterpreting cards because you don't look closely enough. Don't fall victim to streamer-disease!
fun fact to anyone with the Agenda: it is in fact entirely possible to be androgynous, or "ambiguously gendered" in appearance. not everyone with a they/them pronoun is automatically nonbinary! don't diagnose characters and people that aren't yours/you don't know
as many people pointed out already, animations are top notch and as a certain kind of people pointed out....there is no way those characters (or animations) are not made (maybe even originally) for pr0n great game and great video though ;)
