We had a guy set one of these up at our mill .I was a supervisor at the mill so had time to watch the guy operate it . He had just bought the unit and set up here to work out the bugs in the system . I was really impressed with the sizes and saw finish . Seems there were no bugs to work out , because the operator just flew through the logs . The only help he had was the 966 that would pick up the waste and finished product every once in a while and would add logs to the short indeed deck ha had. The only thing I would do is lengthen the log deck . I never saw a footage count , but the operator sure pumped out the wood , and this was a new machine to him .
I was a little worried about installing the blade after reading a couple of reviews. But it was amazingly easy. Took about 1 minute. Works great th-cam.com/users/postUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . Cuts easily and is perfect for pocket cuts I needed to make for replacing some old deck boards.
What is the Diameter of Saw Blade needed and it's Kirf loss?? We need to use thin blase to avoid loss of wood. We generally saw up to 36" Diameter of Round logs.
Most commonly used diameter is 1000mm. However the top saw adds up that you can saw around 80cm logs. The saw kerf is little above 4mm the saw blade is 3,4-3,6mm thick
I think TH-cam rules prevent their direct selling on the platform, which TH-cam includes saying the price, as part of. That is my understanding. I hope it helps.

considering the capacity. You know looking at the big picture or even one year... It turns affordable and even profitable If you want more information E-mail me: mikael.laine@slidetec.fi
+YoYO Semite Telling these youtube types to can the music doesn't work. I've tried for years to tell them how annoying it is but they all think we like their music. It's some kind of mental block they have. Maybe they think they're hotshot movie makers or something. Delusional at the least.
I would not use this if you gave me 100 of them. Oh, who am I? I am a complete nobody. I was a mill right in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, in the 80's and 90's, working in one of the biggest mills in that area.
Was not impressed with your video, too much jumping from one angle to another. You need to show your features, then let us see the mill in action, cutting real time. Looks like your afraid to show actual production, is it really so slow? Lost me as potential customer, if you produce new video in future showing mill actually working then maybe. Also lose the stupid music
Besides the irritating music, what is up with all the "RED" color? Seems that the rig is over engineered, no use of gravity, too much manual intervention, log wobbles. Thumbs Down
Nice mill. The music choice/volume detracts from the presentation.

Wow, High quality such that the adjustment made at 2:06 shows the adjusting knob spinning in the mount.

Awesome saw
Satellite or carbide tips? Stellite seems more likely.

Great video. But the music is too loud.
4:30 German Scale?
good question!
why do they always make finding out the price a pain in the neck--are they embarrassed or ashamed--why not just post it right in this video--

I mute the crap. There might be something useful in the silent video. I'll never Subscribe to a non-narrated channel though.
