Tbf Gage really does custom make his hands in Saga however, he always gets beyond f""ked with his secret pack options unlike the other 2 guys, so its only fair that the luck balances itself out through him getting lucky with his hands
If Gage had gotten even just decent pulls, he would have destroyed the series with his hand luck. It's crazy how close it ended up being even with him pulling unplayable junk more often than not.
Honestly? This season specifically? Doug gotta have the awards for always bringing the coolest deck in almost every episode. Now not all of them are good... but it's not just Labrynth, Matmech, or Salamangreat y'know
Doug threw so many episodes because he just had to play the cool deck, and I respect him for that. At least it all paid off with the epic Fabled episode.
@@Nelland He’s been in 4 saga seasons, and after having to tryhard against MBT to stand a chance in Season 4, I think he deserves to kick back and play fun decks.
Problem is getting a specific common is harder than a specific rare. Because lets say that 8/10 are commons, 2/10 are rares. There are 10 commons, but only 2 rares. So the odds of a specific common is 8%, odds of a specific rare is 10%. Even if you get more commons than rares overall.
That's what *I've* been saying! Farfa doesn't understand probabilities lol. If you're angling for one specific common and there's a pool of like 50 of them, then the odds are you aren't going to get that specific one.

It's wild because I'm pretty sure Farfa has a solid base for a vendread deck since he's double dipped that pack this season, but chose to play this trash
@@Celestia282 honestly, I think it's less he refuses to play some decks, and more he gets an idea in his head at the start and then insists on playing that deck instead of pivoting
Halq combos went so incredibly hard in Magikey (I also enjoyed using the double Herald/Dugares variation in my Relinquished deck). Using Rescue Rabbit to summon two copies of Angel Trumpeter and heading off to the races was just so hilarious. There was a Magikey/P.U.N.K. variant that was decent for a while while Chaos Ruler was still legal. But it is no longer, sadly. It's not nearly as good, but I found that Diabolantis can take the place of Chaos Ruler in that variant. It can't bring itself back like Magical Dragon or dig for Mafteal, but you can send Gokipole to get a Level 4 Normal monster on board (it'll really only work for setting up Earths and Winds in GY, but it'll make a Maftea or Mafteal that's dead in hand live; with the added bonus of making Diabolantis or the Normal Insect into a Tuner and getting a pop) Magikey is just so fun to cook with; I just wish they all at least had the same conditions to make their effects live
I've started playing it since release. Haven't paid a single penny. it's very F2P. You might struggle a bit if you only want to play the newly added cards and meta decks whenever they're added.

Farfa, more than the others, seems to be the guy who just refuses to play certain archetypes, even if he has all the cards for the deck.
