My chameleon seems to be a bit wierd, he is fine with me hand feeding him but dispises me trying to handle him, had him since February 2022. He was fine with me holding him for a little bit but now he will gape when I get close without food.
Thanks for the info I’m still building a relationship with my male Veiled chameleon. He still hisses and puff’s up when I try to head feed so I back off so I don’t stress him out. Just recently I just been putting my hand in his area and no hisses.
