Not really. We never got to see Sasuke's POV just after the Uchiha massacre. We're introduced to him as a 12 year old. Years after. Who knows what happened in between. Kinda wished Kishi had fleshed out the events between the massacre and Sasuke's introduction. As a survivor of a massacre where all your clan members were eradicated, I'm pretty sure there were many raised eyebrows.
If you look at the pic of them laying and bleeding out, you notice that their blood is meeting in the middle. But look closer, Naruto's blood went straight for Sasukes, but Sasukes took a path with detours but eventually met up with Naruto's. It's a great way to show his path back to Naruto
I remember feeling upset when i saw there arms were gone in the manga, but then my buddy walked by and sayed "oh, so they're blood brothers now?" And that thought made me feel better. :D
