Yeah that’s really cool! I sometimes listen to Billie Eilish and I think she has a great voice(No time to die theme song is great 😮) and I love Country as well, blues too, I listen to a whole lot of stuff. That being said I don’t call people close minded. Everyone can choose freely imo

That highly depends on age. When I was 18 yrs old all I wanted was thrash and death. Nowadays I listen roots reggae & dub, punk, grind, rock, whatever I want, no limits. Same with this guys

I’m so glad that even in 2021, people are buying CDs and records. Virtual music/streaming, though practical, will never replace owning a physical copy of the music. The whole aspect of buying a record/CD is something else. Unfortunately we are a dying breed.

It does cost a little more but I don't care. Like I said, nothing beats good old CDs/vinyls. The purchase makes more sense somehow.
When you get older, though, you want to have less and less physical possessions. I didn't mind moving to mp3's/ streaming. My music is with me everywhere I go. No turntable, big stereo equipment needed. Not knocking physical media, but I've found over the years that having less is more.

We always made a day of it! Fun times that are probably gone forever. Poor kids nowadays. Their idea of waiting in line for tickets to a show is refreshing a website and trying to get tix that way….
I waited in line at Amoeba SF for record store day 2021!!!! It still actually happens!!!! 1st person in line got in line at midnight, 11 hours before Amoeba opened the doors!

Tom's been the nicest guy forever. Fame and fortune has not tainted him. Very comfortable in his own skin. Giving props to Dua Lipa too. I admit that I like her, even though it's not in my normal wheelhouse.
