Great details - Thank you! Have you ever bought cars from auction? I'm trying to find a dealer to help with this. Do you think the lessor versions of Yukon like the SLT are a good fit for the business? Looking for luxury ride with lots of storage and seating to serve broad market and carry whole families and parties. Is there any reason not to try to be an affiliate with as many limo firms as possible? My biggest concern is not staying busy, especially in the slow summer months, and I'm hoping targeted advertising and lots of affiliate partnerships will help with this. Thanks again!
As a new guy, I'm also becoming keenly aware of the importance of having professional partners who can take my clients when I have overlaps or am unavailable. I think you've spoken to this in prior videos but any ideas would be appreciated. Thx!
How did you begin your fleet? It's so important to expand beyond a single driver / single car so you can meet client needs when business expands. How do you find great drivers? What kind of business relationship do you have with them? Are they leasing car from you or are they W2? Are you coaching them or are you looking for driver who are ready to go? Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!
No car yet so I'm still looking at insurance but Biberk is still the best I've found (based on your suggestion from some months ago). 🙂
