The Blackbird stops recording speed at mach 3. The fastest it got clocked at was 3.2 but, easily can go over that. The plane will crush against air and destroy itself under sheer speed.. To go past radars Alucard had to be at 30k feet at least in altitude and pointing the nose straight down for like a few minutes. Now the engines are made to work in very high altitudes. The higher the plane is the less fuel is consumed and the more efficent at accelerating it becomes.....The Blackbird had 2 engine types for there is a flaw when you take the plane at low altitude they dont generate enough power to fly properly..... They made the engine in two stage one for Low to mid that changes to the other type once you have breached a certain height and air is less dense. If you could reach mach 4 without your plane tearing apart it would be quite the plane today still. Even then it is impressive But, survivors from piloting it said it is very dangerous the plane at high altitudes just keeps accelerating over and over again until you destroy it. Some of them saw the frame of the airplane shift under the speed and called it off if I am not mistaking it was there that they recorded Mach 3.2 and noticed the frame bent where the wings attatched and part of the fuselage missing like water had erroded it for 100 years. You know its intense when titanium breaks, bends and chips, simply from moving too fast.

Just saying...
This was the first abridged series I ever watched and I watch it every year on Halloween. Now another good abridged series I think that you would like is Dan Machi abridged.
18:58 To be fair, i don't think she ever had much of an issue with anything floppy
Oh my god
……..
I'd say stunned silence was the best I could hope for
flying at mach jesus in a SR-71 blackbird 14:47
the VA for Van Winkle is the OG voice for Excel from Excel Saga, Mink Dragon half, and a few others.
The most discrete Rick roll ever
The Major talked about all those types of war but probably the best type of war is FOOD WARS the anime.
FOOD WARS they're s+xually delicious.
After your programs, you go to make yourself a delicious dinner but then your neighbor comes over to show you up and prove that their meals are better then yours. Food Wars.
@@egeorgiades93 Yes.
@@egeorgiades93 After winning or loosing the food wars, that neighbor decided he must prove his blood is better for vampires than yours. Blood wars. So you show him that your blood was replaced by oil and or gasoline as you became more machine than man and he wants to compare it to the gasoline in his favorite car. Gas wars. Your gas and or oil won because it works like blood so he decides to test the strength of your machine body against the rage of a vampire police girl in heat. Power wars?
@@zombiedemon1762 You both then decide to grab some popcorn and watch yourself a thrilling adventure where a Young Boy beats a Black Garbed Man with a glowing stick. Star Wars.
I got to see a SR-71 in person. It was at the Air and Space Museum just outside of DC.
Wait! The Steven Udvar Hazey museum? That spelling might not be correct but that’s where I saw it and the Enola Gay and a space shuttle
@@theduckgoesmoo I forget the name. I recall seeing the space shuttle and I vaguely recall seeing the Enola Gay now that I looked it up. I twisted my ankle a few days before and had trouble moving around, so I had to frequently stop to rest The SR-71 and the shuttle really stuck out to me and I remember them well. I would of liked to of seen the V-22 Osprey. I was starting to get into planes at the time because of the stories I'm writing. I was mainly looking forward to the SR-71, but I had hoped to see some of the aircraft I was using in my story.
I love lani as the major hes so amazing
They had some copyright issues when it came to music, this episode with the ACDC song then later when the Nazi's start attacking "War (What is it good for?)" caused some trouble too I think, can't remember episode # though
I always loved how he calls queen Elizabeth "betty" it always tickled me for reasons I'm not quite sure
😂✌🏻🇬🇧
I was thinking… Do you think Kirby would like to react to a few Death Battles with you? There are three that have horror and gothic elements that I think she would enjoy.
*Ganondorf vs Dracula (which is one you previously skipped so two birds with one stone right there)
*Saberwulf vs Jon Talbain (coming up very soon in the playlist)
*And Dio vs Alucard (Not coming up for a while, but this is the same Alucard from Hellsing. They even got Takahata101 to reprise as the voice actor again.)
it's been years, and i've only just noticed that Van Winkle in her introduction mentions 'the game'.
The jojo Ova abridged had some real TFS quality jokes, you should definately give it a try
18:58 anyone realize that this line just may happen?
I remember using floppy disks into the early 2000’s
07:08 You've learned a lot through your years of experience.
Seriously if I don’t actually voice that I caught something everyone thinks I missed it
Love this version of the majors speach, because the original is.... Terrifying
The audio sounding weird is due to the fact TFS had to re-edit the section because of the use of AC/DC’s Shoot to Thrill, but it’s unaltered on their twitch channel
Fun Fact: when alucard was flying the plane, Shot to Thrill was supposed to play.
this was one of the episodes with the copyright song when Alucard is flying its supposed to be Back in black? I think really makes the scene alot cooler maybe check out the full unedited version I think its still on their website or something
It's Shoot to Thrill by AC/DC.
Kinda late but the game Portal 2 got a great coop mode that you could play with Kirby
"A Ridged Air Ship"
Alucard will never have no shame nor filter lol 😆
9:03 the “Hitler Youth,” was the name of that organization
Oh thank god you guys are back. I was a little afraid you two decided to run off together, and leave us in the lurch.
Can’t wait for for from you. I think episodes 8 & 9 will really knock your socks off.
Ahhh no lol definitely not going anywhere
Van winkle is meant to be the personification of Tumblr
Don't forget to mention that Rip Van Winkle is played by Jessica Calvello (Excel Saga), a famous voice actress.
i don't know if its a bad thing or not but similar shows like storage wars exist, and i believe storage wars is still on somewhere( or its repeats lmfao)
No one going to mention how the creators Rick Rolled us all?
Rip Van Winkle is supposed to be the embodiment of Tumblr culture at the time this was made.
"now the audio is better" 17:21 *blurs video* You know what you did!
Thanks to like NBC Japan or something
@@theduckgoesmoo 5€ bet that they would pull a lil' Toei otherwise, eh?
@@somegreekguy6361 the video was blocked in all countries
@@theduckgoesmoo wow, that... is weird. Like, you're not using even the original footage...
It's ironic that you mention muted copyright music seconds before it happens. When she is shooting the SR71 the song "Shoot to Thrill" by AC/DC is supposed to be playing.
That Boy Scout uniform is actually a Hitler Youth uniform.
Copyright issue with Shoot to Thrill causes the episode to be taken down until the changes the audio to exclude it. Joke's on ACDC there's plenty of reaction videos of the original version out there.
Cold war was 1946-1990 roughly (there is debate over it's beginning but it ended with the USSR collapsing)
19:16 ok, that was funny haha
That uniform was something Hitler worn when he started NaZi
