This is soooo relevant. When the pastor mentioned that he wanted to quit many times, that’s soooo me last year as well. This is encouraging. I am pioneering a church here in Cambodia too. This is soooo powerful. :)
I know what a failure is when you keep the right heart and keep walking with God and still everything feels not working. I would ask someone to just pray for our ministry which we are beginning after 5 years of breakdown. I am in Tears as the Lord encourages me through these brothers. I believe in healing and laying of hands and alter calls. These things are important and hard to find. Pray that I hear from God in this area!
I have been waiting 10 years to plant a church! I went to a lot of agencies including NAMB and we were rejected. Matter of fact no one would even coach me on how to plant! Now 10 years later a door has opened and we are meeting at church on Sunday evenings! I do understand what the pastor is saying you can’t expect to fail! Don’t wait until someone approves your dream, go after it!
God caused me to come this video. In the beginning stages of the planting process and I’ve been thinking, Can I do this? Knowing in my heart that North Minneapolis needs a disciple making movement, and God placed it in my heart, but wondering.....how things are going to work? This video stirred my faith! Thank you for the transparency- I’m going to share the story about how I came to this video, and it pulled me up!
