You can import an image. I like to put them in a view port on a Layout layer behind the one containing the scene. Then you dont have to mess with arrange behind. The layers in Layout over lay each other top to bottom. A good strategy is to put Dimension and notes layers over the actual SU scene. You can stack View ports on separate layers.
