The shadowline is mandatory on pretty much every color that I can think of, and definitely most every bimmer chassis really. Maybe an e12/ e23/ e21, etc and older are probably the exceptions personally. You should fab or buy some functional aero. Undertray/ splitter for the front/ rear would help for sure. If you can use basic tools and have a little bit of time you can easily make some parts that are functional and strong. I have done this for a handful of customers cars over the years. I have around 20 years or so experience with composites, but you don't need anywhere near that amount of skill to make some pieces. If you don't make them, I know Bimmerworld has some really nice parts that actually work like they should. That's the benefit of a tuner who also has a ton of real life r&d, and run and test on they're own track cars. You should invest in some adjustable control arms to dial your camber back in on the rear of the car if you haven't already. I would also add poly bushings and some spherical stuff throughout. Its essential imo whenever you're riding on coilovers and are serious about the handling/ longevity of the suspension and chassis. Stiffer suspension/ lower profile tires will put more stress on everything else, but the harder bushings/ proper reinforcement plates will be a huge piece of mind, and allow you to drive the car harder. All things to consider. I think the only other thing you need is obviously three pedals and to install some bumper lense deletes. Otherwise, this is a really clean e93. The VMR's are sweet. Always liked the look of them. It sounds great as well. You did things right and really took your time putting things together. I think the end result speaks for itself. Nice sleek and clean looking e93.
Bruh it's less that $5k in mods, including labour, walnut blasting and tyres. All the bolt ons are less than $1000USD total, the wrapped parts cost less than $20. The most expensive single items are the wheels at $1460 for a set of 4, plus tyres, with the coilovers coming in around the $1000 mark as well. Nothing is custom, which is where costs really get high, or particularly major. They're all fairly basic bolt on parts and a basic tune, no touching the turbos or engine and you can probably do the entire build in a weekend (perhaps 3 days depending on experience level). The N54 is super well supported these days and costs aren't major at all, so long as you stay away from genuine BMW parts - but with a strong aftermarket scene there's no need to!
