Yeas, Islam is the greatest since it commands to chop hands if you steal, chop your heads and necks if you are non believers, moc them and call them names like Allah called jews and christians as pigs, donkeys, dogs. Here is the verses that ask to kill your family if you are not believers
Wake up European people, if we are as ex muslims left this cult and if Islam destroyed its own countries, why should civilized Europe take this filthy cult. Those muslims are coming to invade your countries, take over the regime and weapons and then destroyed Israel and the West. Wake up.

He seems to be reading these passages out of context, ignoring their true meanings, in order to voluntarily or involuntarily portray Christ in a evil light. May Christ have mercy on him.
      1. The *Apostle Matthew* , who was a tax collector, did not know how to write? And him, whose profession was to keep written accounts of important events did not keep any account whatsoever of The Messiah with whom he walked for three whole years and for whom he left everything behind? How convenient for the non-believers to believe such a thing?
      2. Is Jesus talking about hating family relatives in *Luke 14 :27-28* ? Or is He insisting on prioritizing one's own calling and one's relationship with GOD, and because of these, the importance to sacrificing every stumbling block, and to carrying one's own cross ( *Luke 14 :27* ) ? Did Jesus hate Mary? And if Jesus loved Mary more that He loved His divine call, would He even complete His divine ministry?
      3. While introducing the covenant of grace, did Jesus promote the capital punishment for rebellious children? While he advocated for the adulterous woman ( *John 8 :7* )? Or was Jesus exposing the hypocrisy and the lack of compassion of the religious leaders, who put the funding of the temple before the service one's owes to one's parents ( *Matthew 15: 5-78* )?
      4. If Jesus is GOD, are there things that GOD only can do, including passing a fair judgement? Is GOD unjust when He judges? Doesn't GOD do everything good in its appointed time? Would the faith of the Canaanite woman be praised and would her living and teaching example on perseverance be made available if Christ's words were different( *Mark 7 :24-30* )?
      5. Leave the dead to bury their own dead? Didn't Jesus say this, to encourage someone on the fence, to give greater priority to the things of heaven ( *Luke 9 :59-62* )?
      6. When Jesus is talking about the sword, is he sending his disciples to spread violence in the name of the religion, as does the false prophet in q 9 :5 ? Or is He is referring on the persecution that would fall on those who follow Him, because of the faith that they have in Him ( *Matthew 10 :34-39* )?

@@seekthetruthandthetruthwil2388 How is that not likening her to dogs. He initially denied her help due to her being a gentile (which is racism). Then he says "It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.” So unless Jesus is randomly talking about dinner table manners, he is obviously likening the Israelites to children and gentiles to dogs (also racism). And in this metaphor he is justifying him not helping the woman. The woman acknowledges and understands this and says "Yes" (agreeing with him) "But even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.” So she basically accepts her status as a dog out of desperation and says that she'd be fine with the crumbs of his help, then Jesus eventually helps her.

Bart D. Ehrman, professor of the history of religions in the USA, and author of numerous works on Christian literature, wrote a book in 2005 entitled "Misquoting Jesus: the story behind who changed the Bible and why", in which he explains the conclusions drawn from textual criticism of the Bible, concerning the myth of the "original manuscripts" Ehrman states on page 10: "Not only do we not have the originals, we don't have the first copies of the originals, we don't even have copies of copies of the originals, or even copies of copies of copies of the originals.
What we do have are copies made later, and even much later. In most cases, they are copies written many centuries later, and all these copies are different from each other, in thousands of places. As we'll see later in this book, these copies differ from each other in so many places that we don't even know how many differences there are. Perhaps it's easier to say: there are more differences between our manuscripts than there are words in the New Testament."

      Lemme ask you,
Would Bart would have believed if the so called original manuscripts were held in his possession?
The most likely probability is that he would have still looked for alternatives reasons not to believe..
How comes the written texts concerning Jesus are the only ones subjected to search demands for scrutiny...
And if we are to apply the same demands for every documentations in histroy we will be left to know nothing.
The gospel still stands,Jesus died for our sins and rose for our justification.

The concept of God in Islam differs from the concept of God in judeo-christian traditions, although we believe in the same God worshipped by Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed. We Muslims believe that God is Almighty, the Lord and the Creator of heavens and earth, the Sustainer of everything, the Ever-Living, the All-knowing, Self-Sufficient, All Forgiving, the most Merciful. In the Bible, Almighty God regrets, wrestles with human, gets tired, praises a prophet for walking naked in front of his daughters, women and men for 3 years, asks his prophets to eat human poop, etc... We believe that God Almighty is the most Powerful, but God doesn't do ungodly things, God doesn't have a wife, parents, kids, uncles, grandparents. God Almighty can not die or become a monkey or a cockroach or a woman or a man. God can't be unjust or stupid or ignorant. God Almighty can't commit suicide, steal or rape. God Almighty does things that befits his majestic and might.
This is the difference of the concept of God Almighty between Islam and the Bible. But we believe that the Prophets told us the truth about God and all the prophets showed us the way to our destination "our creator". The books and the messages got corrupted, but the original messages were the same.

What you are saying is nonsense, theologically. There is only ONE God, Jahweh. The God of Israel. Who spoke through his ISRAELITE prophets. There weren't any Arab prophets. Jahweh established a way of salvation by means of His Messiah, (The Christ), the Son of God, who was Jesus. However, the Koran, & thus Islam, is ANTI-Christian. In other words, ANTI- Messiah. And very much so. Therefore, there is, & can NOT be, any dialogue between Christianity & Islam. They are theologically at polar opposites. The devil, & Mohammed, are arch enemies of Christ, which is why Muslims, & others, such as Paul Williams, are obsessed with discrediting Jesus. Something Paul Williams evidently doesn't understand. Or if he does, then he's an agent of Satan, doing his work. Islam is simply a Satanic distraction from the Way of Salvation through Christ alone. There is, & can NOT be, any dialogue, between followers of the Bible, the Word of God, & followers of the Koran, the verses of Satan. "but the original messages were the same." Utter nonsense.

Raymond E. Brown, recognized as one of the world's leading New Testament scholars, professor emeritus of biblical studies in New York, recipient of more than 30 awards from Catholic and Protestant universities worldwide, president of several societies for biblical studies in the United States and Europe, called by two popes to serve on the Pontifical Biblical Commission, states in his book "What do we know about the New Testament?", page 43, the following:
"None of the gospels mentions an author by name, and it is quite possible that none was written by the person whose name it bears, according to a tradition dating from the end of the 2nd century (which implies that the 4 gospels had no title for almost 2 centuries).
He also tells us on page 57: "Almost two thousand years ago, the evangelists wrote four gospels in Greek, we don't have the original manuscripts from the pen of the evangelists, nor indeed any original of any book of the New Testament, what we have are many handwritten copies in Greek made over some one thousand four hundred years, between 150 and the invention of printing, often, but usually on points of detail, these copies differ from one another due to mistakes or changes by copyists",
On page 58, he goes on to say: "The Gospel sources must be of particular concern to us, because in all likelihood the evangelists were not eyewitnesses to the life of Jesus".
On page 91: "The Catholic Church has decided on canonicity on the basis of long and regular practice in the liturgy, not on the conclusions of scholars about who wrote or copied this or that".
These "original texts" don't exist. What do exist are the transcriptions that appeared between the 4th and 10th centuries. And these are transcriptions of transcriptions.

    Was jesus a Christian ?
No, he is a muslim .....
REASONS WHY JESUS (PEACE BE UPON HIM) WAS A MUSLIM AND NOT A "GOD"
Christians and Muslims are more alike than different. We are in fact almost the same if we follow Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) to the word as he himself taught and lived:
    1. Jesus taught that there is only One God and Only God should be worshipped as taught in Deut 6:4, Mark 12:29. Muslims also believe this as taught in the Qur’an verse 4:171.
    2. Jesus didn’t eat pork as taught in Leviticus 11:7 , and neither do Muslims as taught in the Qur’an verse 6:145.
    3. Jesus greeted with the words “As salaamu alaikum” (Peace be with you) in John 20:21. Muslims also greet each other this way.
    4. Jesus always said “God Willing” (in-shaa’-Allah). Muslims say this too before doing anything as taught in the Qur’an verses 18:23-24.
    5. Jesus washed his face, hands, and feet before praying. Muslims do the same.
    6. Jesus and other prophets of the Bible prayed with their head to the ground (Matthew 26:39). Muslims do too as taught in the Qur’an verse 3:43.
    7. Jesus had a beard and wore a robe. Muslim men do the same. Women also wear long robes.
    8. Jesus followed the law and believed in all the prophets, (see Matthew 5:17). Muslims do too as taught in the Qur’an verse 3:84.
    9. Jesus’ mother Mary dressed modestly by covering her body and wearing a headscarf (hijab) as found in 1 Timothy 2:9, Genesis 24:64-65, and Corinthians 11:6. Muslim women too dress modestly as taught in the Qur’an verse 33:59.
    10. Jesus and other prophets of the Bible fasted up to 40 days (see Exodus 34:28, Daniel 10:2-6. 1Kings 19:8, and Matthew 4:1-Muslims do so also during the month of Ramadan. Muslims are required to fast the full obligatory 30 days (Qur’an 2:183)

    Alhamdulillah we are Muslims.
    Qur’an 19:
    30. He said, “I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture, and made me a prophet.
    31. And has made me blessed wherever I may be; and has enjoined on me prayer and charity, so long as I live.
    32. And kind to my mother, and He did not make me a disobedient rebel.
    33. So Peace is upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the Day I get resurrected alive.”
    34. That is Jesus son of Mary-the Word of truth about which they doubt.
    35. It is not for Allah to have a child-glory be to Him. To have anything done, He says to it, “Be,” and it becomes.
    36. “Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path.”
    Jesus: The Prophet
In Judaism, Jesus (peace be upon him) is denied as the Messiah. This is in stark contrast to Christianity where he is worshipped as a deity, or the son of God. Islam takes the middle ground and acknowledges Jesus as an honourable Prophet and Messenger of God, as well as the Messiah, but Muslims do not worship him - as worship is for God alone who created Jesus and everything that exists.
"(Jesus) said, 'Indeed, I am the slave of Allah (God). He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet.'"Quran 19:30
    Miraculous Birth
According to the Quran, the Angel Gabriel was sent to Mary, the noble virgin, in the form of a man, informing her of a child who was to be born miraculously without a father.
"He (Angel Gabriel) said, 'I am only a messenger of your Lord to announce to you the gift of a righteous son.' She said, 'How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?' He said, 'Thus (it will be). Your Lord says, "It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter already decreed." "Quran 19:19-21
Some claim that his miraculous birth is evidence of Jesus' divinity. However, Jesus was not the first to come into existence without a father, as Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) before him had neither a father nor mother. God says:
"The likeness of Jesus before God is as that of Adam; He created him (Adam) from dust, then said to him: 'Be', and he was. This is the truth from your Lord, so be not of the disputers."Quran 3:59-60
If Jesus is worshipped due to having no father, then surely Adam is more deserving of worship since he was created without either parent.
    Miracles of Jesus
Jesus was miraculously conceived with no father and also performed great miracles by the will and permission of God. He spoke as a baby in the cradle to defend his mother against the people who accused her of fornication. The Quran also states that Jesus gave life to the dead, cured the leper and the blind - all by the will of God.
The fact that Jesus (peace be upon him) performed miracles does not mean that he was anything more than a humble servant of God. In fact, many Messengers performed miracles, including Noah, Moses and Muhammad (may peace be upon them all) and these miracles only took place by the permission of God, so as to demonstrate the authenticity of the Messenger.
    Message of Jesus
The Prophets of the Old Testament such as Abraham, Noah and Jonah never preached that God is part of a Trinity, and did not believe in Jesus as their saviour. Their message was simple: there is one God and He alone deserves your worship. It is not logical for God to send Prophets for thousands of years with the same essential message, only to suddenly change it, claim that He is now a part of a trinity, and to stipulate the belief in the divinity of Jesus to be saved.
The truth is, Jesus preached the same message as all the Prophets in the Old Testament. There is a passage in the Bible that really emphasises this core message. A man came to Jesus and asked, "Which is the first commandment of all?" Jesus answered, "The first of all the commandments is, 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.' "(Mark 12:28-29) So, the greatest commandment, the most important belief according to Jesus, is that God is one. If Jesus was God he would have said, 'I am God, worship me.' Instead, he merely repeated a verse from the Old Testament confirming that God is One.
This aligns with the mission of Jesus, as taught in Islam, where Jesus was sent to the Children of Israel to confirm the message of the past Prophets - to believe in the One True God.
"And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, '… Indeed, God - He is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him alone. This is the only Straight Path.' "Quran 43:63-64
As an honourable obedient Messenger of God, Jesus submitted willingly to God's commands. As such, he was a "Muslim" - which refers to anyone that submits to the will and commandments of God.
    Jesus in Islam
Jesus was as an honourable Prophet sent by God to call to the worship of God alone. This is evident in the Bible and confirmed by the Quran. The Islamic belief about Jesus explains who the real Jesus was, whilst maintaining the pure belief about God and His complete Greatness, Uniqueness and Perfection.
We invite everyone to look further and investigate Islam. It is not just another religion. It is the same message preached by Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad - may peace be upon all of them. Islam means 'submission to God' and is a natural and complete way of life that encourages one to give due attention to their relationship with God and His creation. Islam teaches that God is the All-Just and All-Merciful and does not need to sacrifice himself to forgive sins nor is anyone "born into sin". God judges everyone based on their own deeds and everyone is accountable for their own actions.
Islam teaches us to love and respect all the Prophets of God, but loving and respecting them does not mean worshipping them because worship is due only to God.

And mention, [O Muhammad], in the Book [the story of] Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east.
And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Angel, and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man.
She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allah ."
He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy."
She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?
He said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter [already] decreed.'
So she conceived him, and she withdrew with him to a remote place.
And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm tree. She said, "Oh, I wish I had died before this and was in oblivion, forgotten."
But he called her from below her, "Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream
And shake toward you the trunk of the palm tree; it will drop upon you ripe, fresh dates.
So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'Indeed, I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to [any] man.' "
Then she brought him to her people, carrying him. They said, "O Mary, you have certainly done a thing unprecedented.
O sister of Aaron, your father was not a man of evil, nor was your mother unchaste."
So she pointed to him. They said, "How can we speak to one who is in the cradle a child?"
[Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah . He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.
And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakah as long as I remain alive
And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant
And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive."
That is Jesus, the son of Mary - the word of truth about which they are in dispute.
It is not [befitting] for Allah to take a son; exalted is He! When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.
[Jesus said], "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path."
Then the factions differed [concerning Jesus] from among them, so woe to those who disbelieved - from the scene of a tremendous Day.
How [clearly] they will hear and see the Day they come to Us, but the wrongdoers today are in clear error.
And warn them, [O Muhammad], of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be concluded; and [yet], they are in [a state of] heedlessness, and they do not believe.
Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned

Matthew 10:34 :"I did not come to bring peace, but a sword", he literally continues to say "For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household. Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it."
This is the same as when he says that you will have to "hate" your mother and father and the way your life has been until now.
That is because you will have to go against the traditions and into a renewal that would not be easy. And that will not be done through peace, but by carrying a cross, for to do that you will be persecuted, and that is the point that Jesus makes.
One of the main reasons why Jews did not the believe that Jesus is the Messiah is because he did not come to fight and restore an earthly kingdom. The disciples themselves pestered him by constantly asking when was he going to make an army and fight for the reestablishment of the kingdom of Israel. To their disappointment, Jesus would always refer to a kingdom in Heaven.

Learners who take Koranic Arabic classes at the mosque, or students learning the literary translation of Arabic script will know: in the Arabic language, the script for God is made up of the article "al" - ال -, meaning "the", and the Arabic word "ilâh" - إِلَاه -, meaning god.
By agglutination, the two terms give Allah (اللّٰه) to mean "the god". The Koran insists on the absolute uniqueness of a god, a monotheism called Tawhîd (the one God).
What's more, if we reserve this Arabic word exclusively for the Muslim religion, it's actually a historical misnomer.
Yes, the word "Allah" has its origins in the Semitic languages of Arabic and Hebrew.
It existed long before the publication of the Koran in Arabic, and its use therefore predates monotheistic Islam.
In fact, the word was already known to pre-Islamic peoples:
The Akkadians used the term "ilu" to evoke God, between 4000 and 2000 BC,
In Hebrew, Jews refer to God as "Elohim". Even today, some Jews in the Maghreb and the Middle East use the term Allah,
In the Bible, Christians whose language is Aramaic (the mother tongue of Jesus Christ) call their god "Allaha",
The Arab Christians of Syria and Arabia, persecuted in the 3rd century, also used the word Allah.
Today's Arabic-speaking Christians have no other word for "God" than "Allah". The Maltese language, descended from Arabic and spoken on the island of Malta where the population is almost entirely Catholic, also uses "Allah" for "God".
For greater understanding: the terms Allah, Allaha, Elah, Eloh, Eloah are one and the same Semitic word meaning GOD.

It would be hard enough to believe what Jesus said, but now it's even harder to believe what anonymous writers say he said, who do you believe.
Let's just accept that the Sermon on the Mount is a verbatim account of what Jesus said, then it makes a total MOCKERY of Jesus being the saviour of the world and all of Paul's writing.
In essence Jesus said this is what please God, he EVEN said blessed are the peace makers for they shall be known as sons of God.
He went on to say God wants mercy, NOT SACRIFICE.
He exhorted us to be Holy as our father in heaven is HOLY.
If this is the case, ,if we are responsible for our own actions, if we are to strive and struggle to be Holy and Sanctified then the idea of salvation by Jesus being the whipping boy for our sins is wrong.
I spent 50 years as a. Evangelical believing it.
I now simply follow or try to follow the teachings of Jesus.
Jesus said there was only one God, he said not to call him good as only God is good.
He also said to die to ego and self.
This makes Jesus Muslim by the definition of Muslim in Arabic.

3 Reasons Why the Apostle Matthew Wrote the Gospel of Mathew
New Testament Scholars like Darrell Bock, D.A. Carson, and Michael Wilkins (among plenty of others) have done a lot of excellent work. Here is just a short summary of the evidence for why we can be confident that Matthew, wrote the Gospel of Matthew, even though this Gospel is technically anonymous.
    (1) First, regarding Matthew, “there is no patristic evidence that anyone else was ever proposed as the author.”
    (2) Second, Papias, Irenaeus, Clement of Alexandria, Eusebius, and Origen all affirm Matthean authorship.
    (3) Third, the literary evidence reveals that Matthew was the most popular Gospel in the earliest period of the church and it was circulated widely.

American Christian priest, biblical scholar, theologian and exegete Raymond E. Brown [1928-1998 G] said:
"Approximately three thousand manuscripts of the Greek New Testament, copied between the 2nd and 17th centuries, have been preserved (in whole or in part), to which must be added more than two thousand handwritten lectionaries containing sections (pericopes) of the New Testament arranged for liturgical reading since the 7th century. These witnesses to the NT text do not agree with each other on many points, but few of these differences are significant. No autograph or original manuscript of a New Testament book has been preserved; the differences occurred during the copying of the original. *Not all are the result of copyists' errors; some are the result of deliberate changes.* Copyists sometimes felt obliged to *improve* the Greek of the received text, to *modernize* spelling, *add* explanatory phrases, *harmonize* the Gospels, and even *omit* a point they considered doubtful. One might think that the oldest preserved copies (in whole or in part) of the Greek NT are the best guide back to the originals; but this is not necessarily so."

The Canaanite story shows that with great faith you can be saved, even if you were not from the chosen people.
Yes, Jews and Christians and Muslims believe that God first chose the sons of Israel and made a pact with them, a pact that was renewed with Abraham who was a pagan but demonstrated great faith.
Jesus refused to help the woman first and through the common lines that Jews used at canaanites, yet she she did believe in him and that saved her.
The problematic thing is that Jesus does say that he came for the people of Israel, and that caused problems later on when gentiles wanted to convert to Christianity by Jesus' disciples, and it caused a fair bit of debate until it they went back to the teachings and to the fact that Jesus came to save everyone.
