      It can be. People leave their countries for economical reasons all the time. In this case. Wealthy countries empty Congo with gold and minerals and hold people in poverty, use children in mines just that you and me can have a smartphone and electric cars and solarcells and vacation. People from Congo and other African countries are humans too.

      @Pete BB Migration control will never be 100%. Many methods to arrive in France from another EU country. Or arrive illegally in a car, truck, by boat or with people smugglers. But this man had to live on the down-low for three years. His room was simple. I wonder how he survived for three years ? Perhaps working cash jobs, off the books, and help from charity groups ?

    I have considered financial incentives to leave. It's not sustainable or economically viable. It could also increase human trafficking back and forth for profit. Better to enforce the law and make your own country non beneficial and impenetrable to those wishing to exploit it. But business initiatives based in their own country is positive. Most immigrants want money and education.

    Should give them the option to go home!!d3foz saves all the carry on,nationalists will be ☺ happy go home and fix yurr own bloody countrys,the more ppl do this the more jobs and revenue it will make abroad stop ppl coming here!!
    Dunno why tgeir own governments have no iniative!!

    Also build some schools in theyr counries , facilities develop them and make them normal people to integrate in future as man with feet on ground to integrate as qualified in society not with mental illnes my friends ! you shuld invest in theyr countries
