I was going to wait until all parts dropped before watching it, obviously that didn't happen. Your choice of music is inspired to my ear it's part Goon Show crossed Gerry Andersons UFO and finally I'm guessing you know Chris Becker so he'll be happy if it's to be inflight.😁 from over the ditch.
HAHA so much to love here. I picked this piece of music because it's a bit quirky like the Goon Show, yes. Very reminiscent of the 60's and early 70's. Glad you've started watching as the feedback keeps me inspired to build content. Yes I certainly know Chris. We live in the same town and I actually contacted him about setting this model as an in-flight subject prior to starting the build. I hope he likes what I do, as it will be QMHE (our largest model show here in Brisbane) next year.
Thanks for another interesting and informative video. I agree that fibreglass pens are very useful and effective but I find that the minute shards they shed are an incredible irritant and I need to do an extremely thorough clean-up of my workspace if ever I use them. Consequently, I find an alternative whenever possible. Best wishes.
Thanks for another interesting and informative video. The warning from puttyanimal about fibreglass pens is very sensible. I do use them as a last resort, but find the tiny fragments they shed incredibly irritating - but I am extremely sensitive to any form of fibreglass. Best wishes.
Great tip. Luckily I'm not too sensitive to the fibreglass fibres. I do wear a mask when using it just to be safe. Same as when I'm working with resin parts. I'd like to be healthy enough to be doing this hobby when I'm a much older man 😀
Looking good mate. I remember seeing a replica DVIII up at the Caboolture airfield having an engine run with an original rotary engine. Even from 200m away the ground shook
It's my favourite aircraft of all time too. I've had a desire to build it again once a decent kit was released and although there are a few issues with this MENG kit, the fact that the WnW team designed it means it's still a really good and accurate kit. Thanks for your feedback 👍
Yes indeed there is. The 3rd video is currently in production. Should be ready to release in a couple of days, should I get the appropriate time before Sunday. There will be a 4th video between Christmas and the New Year. I have a few days off work so will be still madly building and filming my work to keep content coming out... you guys needs something to watch during the holiday season.😀
Just a word about those fibreglass pens. If you breathe in any of the broken shards or get them lodged in your eyes, skin or tender parts of your anatomy; they have the power to ruin your life. Please wear gloves with that thing and only use it under running water.
Looking great .
Thanks 👍. Appreciate the feedback.

Those old WW1 engines are something else. Really brutal and raw. Love them
Excellent work Black Hat... looking forward to the next episode. This particular plane is my favourite aircraft of all time

Great advice. I do wear a mask when using it so I don't breath in the fibres. Will think about using gloves as well. Thanks 👍
Please make the music stop. Had to watch with subtitles
Thanks for the feedback. 👍
