@@Gogeta_EditZ_123 ported ROM means taking another device's OS (in this case the one for the A21S was taken from the Samsung A14) and make it compatible with another device.
To do this you need to be expert obviously, so you have to search one on google but so far there is no ROM for Samsung A31.

laggy problem and update haven't connection until it is a test bet program. download stable update and clear some storage space and clear cache apps it will work smoothly 👍🏻
