How about having a plate fixed in the cab, with the spirit level attached, then you could just move about till you get the van level - all without leving the drivers seat.

The very best way to eat Chocolate is to take one piece, put it in ya Gob and don`t chew.... Just let it melt.... I can make a bar last a week....... Oh and due to your recommendation I have bought a Air Fryer..... Not sure what to do, so I just chucked in a Pork Steak some small Potatoes, 200c for 25 mins half way through I put in half an Onion.... Boy it was good..... :-)) I am so Happy that Amika is getting on so well with her Mum..... I am sure it will do her a lot of good.... :-)))

That's weird... My comment seems to have got deleted??? I was saying to get the 'Bubble Level Galaxy' app for your phone Gary... You said your phone had a camera that sticks out a bit causing it not to be level.... But the app caters for this! All you need to do is lie the phone on a known flat/level surface with the app running and press the '+' . That will find level for your phone, so that it takes into account your camera bump. Give it a try!
Well done on the running. Don’t knock yourself for not running as far as you’d like. Any exercise is great. Personally I hate running and I’d prefer to go out and walk 20 miles but regardless any exercise is good. Do I sense a little bit of feeling a bit lost without Amika? I’m glad she is forming that important bond with her mother. You’re a fantastic father, anyone can see that and I’m sure she will be super excited to get back to you. 😊👍👍👍

It's not that, fully aware of all of this as an athlete. Its because I work in a stressful job, single parent and a dozen other unpaid jobs. Health is spot on Im just knackered from life duties 😂😂
I was obsessed with stats when I was running. Weekly mileage target worked for me. If you don't need your meniscii, I could use them instead! You seem to be V40 - as a retired optometrist that brings your eyesight back into question - presbyopia is looming 🤓 I'd try get that spirit level set up in the front, fixed - doesn't need to sit flat if you mark it up relative to a level sleeping position.

I'm 57 and don't run anymore. But I Tab for 10k every morning and average 5km/h.
Got metal pin in left leg so not too shabby.
