a couple mistakes:
-Ran out of Fontaine people (so I added with skirk altho she may not be playable)
-I forgot to export Chevreuse's name tag..
-Dahlia is from monstadt (I somehow alrdy know it but I was high) consider it an extra since I have to make the count 16 somehow :')

Clorinde the bodyguard?(I am not to familiar with her yet please correct me if I am wrong or you have a better ultimate)
Childe the ultimate “toy maker” really the ultimate vanguard
Furina the ultimate justice (secretly the ultimate performer if you know you know).
Arlecchino the ultimate assassin? (I have her vibe down just not sure what wording I would use for her ultimate) I am getting kind of maki vibes with how she tried to kill furina and how she truly deep down care about her home and the orphans of the house of hearth.
Neuvilette the ultimate judge
I am not familiar with dahlia so somebody please come up with an ultimate for her.
