The walls, & barriers, especially concrete work cause it takes forever lol. We mainly try to focus on tank cleanings, we have to supervise those. installs & repairs but yeah bro we cover a lot of stuff in this industry in general. Your tank dirty ?

most likely a clogged/old filter. If not could be any old equipment which is on the pump. Becomes an eliminating process after filter change if that doesn’t solve slow flow.
Yes check the gas filter, some dispensers have an internal filter as well that’s very common. I do this for work, so there are many variations & variables to go through to ensure your replacing the correct part.

What about the safety valve under the cabinet which shuts of storage and from explosion or fire from going backwards to main storage?
The check valve can prevent or cut off, the union under the pump. The e-stop is a easy press when fire breaks.
