Are the Ubers we have going to change with next patch? Or will they remain as is?
tbh i think if u get a uniqe once evry 20k obols spended its ok or even higher i mean its not hard u get it by just playing so if u play alot u will get one for sure but maybe give it like a failcounter at a certain point so when most people get one evry 15 20 30 k no one will be there still never seen one after 100k
Not sure if it's in PTR or not. I've tried creating a new character more than 100 times already and haven't seen anything. For me, killing stuff and opening things have a higher chance for unique. Considering the number of bugs in PTR, I'm not even surprised that it doesn't work.

I don't think it's in the ptr yet.
It is, I got one with in my first 300 or so and then haven't seen one since. but I haven't put much testing into it to see.

Personally i dont even agree with them being obtainable through gambling so an extremely low chance is fine. If you need the game to be that easy you should go back to playing mobile games on your smart devices
